    • Comfortable Chair !
Color: White, Teddy Fabric Size: Large
Review Image by Nic
The product is very nice, but the picture shows that the handle is more closer to the base of the chair and it’s not it’s like underneath the chair so you have to stretch your hand a bit more but other than that the chair I put together nicely there was a few screws missing and hard to put together with the fur, but I did it took about an hour. I love it. The comfort is good assembly was easy. The size is lovely. The quality for the money is good. ... show more

    • Great chair! But getting a replacement part was a nightmare
Color: White, Teddy Fabric Size: Large
First of all, this chair is SO comfortable and works wonderfully. I have zero complaints about the actual chair. However, my complaint is getting replacement parts from the company. When I got the chair I opened up everything to make sure nothing was damaged during shipment before I attempted to put it together. Unfortunately the plastic base that covers the legs/leg bracket arrived broken and was not usable. I immediately reached out to the company for a replacement, sent them a picture of exactly the part I needed and even specifically said "the plastic base part", gave them all the information they required (receipt and model/batch numbers), etc. They were happy to send the part which was great, but their replies took approx. 24 hrs which made the process even longer (they're based in California, which is one state away from me so not in China or anything). Then for whatever reason the package was stuck in "labeled" status for approx. 36+ hours. I reached out again to the company to see what was going on and expressed my frustration with it being stuck for that long during business days with the "24 hr resolve guarantee" they have. Roughly 18+ hrs later it finally shipped. And then it took 4 days to get to me. When I FINALLY got the part they ended up sending me the ENTIRE LEG ASSEMBLY. Which I did not need nor did I ask for. I ended up just throwing them away. Huge waste. Dealing with the company to get replacement parts was a nightmare. The entire process took 9 days. Very disappointed with how long it took. Anyways, the chair itself is fantastic. I even bought roller blade office wheels to replace the ones it came with; highly recommend as well. ... show more

    • Great purchase
My son is 17 and he loves this chair. I put it together so it’s very time-consuming but it’s easy. He has had it for about four months and still absolutely loves it. My oldest son decided to buy one for my middle son for Christmas and he loves his as well.
