    • Buyer Beware – Terrible Customer Service and Defective Product
Review: Our son bought this scooter with his own saved-up money—nearly $1,000—and we expected better treatment from one of America’s largest retailers. The rear motor seized just two weeks after arrival. I tried initiating a return right away—no response from the seller. Tried again a few days later—still nothing. Only after calling Amazon did the seller finally reply, and that just started a long, frustrating process. You’re forced to chat back and forth with a third-party seller based in China, who makes you jump through hoops, sending videos to “diagnose” the issue instead of simply accepting the return. We’re now 45 days into this, still without resolution. To make it worse, the videos they ask for are too large to send—now they want my phone number. Huge red flag. Additional issues: • Rear motor seized and failed. • Tires wear down extremely fast. • Zero customer service unless Amazon intervenes. Amazon told us directly that all returns and refunds are handled by the third-party seller—not by them. So you’re not protected in the way you might expect. Bottom line: Do not buy this. This scooter comes with bad quality tires. We have to replace the tire after 2 days of use. I informed the seller about that and he promised to send replacement tire. He said it will take 10-15 business days to arrive. Now I have been waiting for 45 days and no tire arrived. The seller was trying to buy time for me not to return it if he does not provide the replacement tire. Now I got stuck with it.
