We used this faucet at a previous house and it was great. We bought one for our house in April and it's broken less than a year later. It gets stuck in sprayer mode. I took the entire sprayer head down to individual parts carefully, the spring that holds the diverter is flimsier than a wound paperclip. It's the dinkiest piece of wire. The unit isn't just defective, it's very poorly engineered. I filled out a request on the site but I can't upload any images because it said their account (probably cloud storage quota) limit is reached on uploads. Their message box for sending them a message only allows a twitter post sized message, arbitrary limit. You can't just buy a replacement aerator, their support linked to a "spray straightener" tool that had that and an aerator ... for $50. Just stay away, get something more mainstream. Waste of $250 we will probably have to buy another faucet if they don't help us fix this one. ... show more
