1 month after starting training, one ring on a gray elastic band came off with a force of 8.8 pounds. It's good that I bought two expanders to train both arms at the same time. Now I train them one at a time, which has doubled the training time. Moreover, velcro is not very reliable.

Tiny clip poorly anchored to the wrist strap, the band does not stay attached. The working weight of these does not feel accurate to what is advertised. Strap is not comfortable. This is a quick money scheme for someone, its not a quality and lasting product with well thought out design
