This is a pretty great little finger strengthener! Works muscles that the regular grip squeezers don’t make use of! Only downside of this is that it cuts off circulation to the fingers as well as the wrist while using, so just switch the hand your using it on once you notice your finger tips start to hurt lol! This product was not easy to use. The finger loops were extremely tight and will not fit more muscular hands. Each piece needs to be put together out of the box, plus side is the wrist straps are very durable and thick.

I ordered 50 orange bands with the strap, I received all different colors and only 10 orange, they have all broken now , it’s always the middle finger one . Not made for bigger hands
