It heats up fast and makes a solid shot of espresso. The grinder took a little tweaking to get the right setting, but once dialed in, the results were great—nice crema and bold flavor. I honestly didn’t expect it to be as good as it is, but it is outstanding! This item, while I don’t want it to be raised in price because that would prevent people from getting it I’m sure, is worth way more than what we paid! There’s a bit of a learning curve, but once you figure that out, it’s pretty easy and straightforward! It feels durable, its size is perfect for a countertop corner, and it looks sleek! Highly HIGHLY recommend. And honestly, I’ve seen reviews that talk about the frother not working, but it does. I’m not sure why they say that. I think they just haven’t figured it out.

I have ordered the product twice now. My wife and I loved the first one. It worked with ease and made great espresso. Two weeks after we got it the grinder broke and wouldn't push the coffee bean grounds out. We decided we would order a second one as a replacement because it seemed like it was just a random malfunction. Our second one came it today and the machine didn't put out enough for one shot and the grinder broke again. Great product until it isn’t. I will not be ordering a third one and will be looking elsewhere for an espresso machine.
