One of the packages (left in the pictures) was exactly what I was expecting. This floss is exactly as described... smooth and gentle. And one will last a full day. The other two were new, or maybe old, I don't know. They look and feel like sewing thread stretched across the pick. NOT smooth. NOT gentle. Not at all. When taking the pictures, I noticed the images on the bags were different, as well. I wish I had noticed that before opening all of them. The "original" floss (the one I thought I was getting) is truly a fantastic flossing tool. Very comfortable to use. This "new' one is terrible, unfortunately. So, my recommendation if you order, pay attention to the pictured pick, compare to my pictures if you want. If you get the one on the left, enjoy. If you get the one on the right, send it back. ... show more
