We've been using this blanket every night since we purchased it. It is super soft and warm, and the material it's made of doesn't hold onto hair like other blankets do. If you have pets in bed with you, you can shake the blanket off and a lot of the hair flies off easily. Obviously some hair will remain, but it's nowhere near as much as other blankets/comforters we have used. It's also easily washed, and comes out of the dryer just as soft as when we got it. I gave this item one star due to the amount of fuzz coming off this! I have both washed and dried 3 times. It still has a lot coming off. Odd thing is it’s not showing up in the lint trap it just stays in clumps n the blanket. Plan to wash it once more before I write it off as a dud. I received my blanket today and I am extremely pleased. It is so soft. The perfect size also for my queen bed. My cat loves it too. She sleeps with me and immediately cuddled up on it. Very nice not too heavy not too light. I would recommend it for anybody especially on a child's bed.
