I like this band I use mostly ever day. It will if worn comfy cause my watch to shift slightly but enough to throw off the heart rate sensor. For working out I would go with something else if you use those metrics " heart rate" for your workouts. For work or ever day use... Great band

Great fitment on my Garmin instinct. Day 1 out of the box the watch band was very vibrant in color. The next day after a full day of wearing it the color on the band already faded tremendously and it looks like I’ve had the strap for 5 years.
