This chair fits all that I needed: smaller than the previous chair I had, was pretty easy to assemble. The only thing that's not good about it is the back fabric is cut about an inch too short which means it does not attach with the Velcro that is sewn onto the fabric and the bottom of the chair therefore, it's flapping loose. The cords come out from beneath that fabric and the fabric should adhere so it looks like it's sewn to the bottom of the chair. That's why I gave this a 4 instead of a 5 score. 1. Fabric on chair pills after first week! 2. Fabric in back is not long enough to attach to Velcro!!! HATE that!!! 3. One wing on back was very difficult to attach. 4. Not comfortable...hard on rump and back. 4. Definitely for a person 5 ft. 8 or shorter. I am a 5 ft. 5 in. tall, size 12-14 lady. Not made for a tall or big person at all. Over all, hope it breaks in. Not expensive. If it lasts 5 years, will get my money's worth, I guess. It is nice looking, except for the fabric pilling and the lower back fabric!!! ... show more

It looks "okay" for the price. Definitely can tell it's a cheap chair. But it's SOOOO UNCOMFORTABLE. First, it doesn't really recline much. And the footrest doesn't go up all the way, so your legs are hanging downward. And then, let's talk about the fact that you can feel the springs in the seat. The media could not be loaded. I’m having the same issues with the left side of the chair. I assembled it, and it has the same gap other customers have complained out. Not happy about that. Although the color is perfect.

I was extremely pleased with the quality of these chairs (I bought a matching pair). They were purchased for comfort, height, and support for my elderly parents when they visit who need chairs sturdy enough to brace themselves on to stand up - my 90-year old dad is a big guy, over 6’2” and 230 pounds. The only SMALL issue I had was one chair is missing one of the decorative silver nail-head trims, and it did not come with any replacements. (I can probably find them at a local craft store if it really starts to annoy me.) Also, my cat takes an intense interest in the fabric texture, but thankfully after 30 days, it has not been damaged at all. Highly recommend this chair for the value - inexpensive with a lot of very nice included features (recline, heat, massage), comfortable seat height, and pleasing color. I gave this chair a 3 star review because it’s not as sturdy as I would like it to be, the heating element isn’t working anymore and the massage setting only really vibrates. It is an ADORABLE chair and super easy to assemble which is a plus. But if any of the above things are important in your buying decision I’d consider a different chair.
