It’s robust. 2-3 times more solid than the ones you buy at target. Better materials. The buttons and levers are better built. The frame itself is over built. The canvas is at least 3 times as thick as other canopies. I’ve never needed to fill the sand bags, even on the beach. I just drive the stakes that came with it. Probably my favorite thing about it is the center support. It allows me to lift the entire tent and move it wherever I want. Be aware that it only fits in the bag one way. NOT ez to put up with 1 person... VERY disappointed! If you are one WEAK peep, do NOT buy!!! I am 70 yrs YOUNG & I lift weights! If I was NOT as fit & STRONG as I am, I could not have assembled! As it is, it took me 2.5 hrs to assemble canopy & ez cube tent... Since I am fulltime #SoloFemaleVanLife, who boondocks alone most of the time, this setup would be impossible... durability of product is nice to have but easier assembly would have been better... ... show more

    • Damaged upon receipt
One of the tent legs was damaged (bent) when received. As the instructions stated I contacted the manufacturer/distributor via the instructions/email provided rather than immediately returning it to Amazon. I described the problem and gave them the opportunity to correct the problem however, I received an email back stating to return the product to Amazon and let them handle the issue. I returned the tent to Amazon who accepted the return of the damaged item and issued a full refund almost immediately. ... show more

    • how to open was difficult until I figured it out
I was setting it up by myself. Supposed to be set up by 2 but I have no one else. I struggled with it for a while but once I got it figured out it was fairly easy. I'm 65 years old so struggled a little my own strength but I was still able to get it fully up. I'm very happy with it.

I am big on reading reviews! I will read the bad reviews as well, especially on a 5 start item and it made me skeptical on purchasing, but the good reviews persuaded me. The package came on time before my event and it was well packaged with no missing pieces. When they say pop up tent, it's the truth. The set up only took 5 minutes and taking it down took about the same, maybe a little more but nothing crazy. It was very sturdy and it held well and great shade. I also purchased the additional walls just in case but didn't have to use it. Overall, I am happy with my purchase and great price for this tent. ... show more
