The screws that hold the top ridge cover plate will leak and should be caulked or rubber washered during assembly. Once assembled it is very difficult to reach out over the roof to do anything to stop the leaks.

This may be the worst decision I’ve ever made for my home. I deeply regret not spending the extra money on a gazebo from a more reputable company known for higher quality. Initial Shipment Issues The first shipment arrived with tattered boxes, damaged on the ends, and lots of bent metal and scratches. I reached out to Amazon, and they suggested I return the entire gazebo. However, returning it wasn’t feasible since the boxes were delivered with parts spilling out and everything bent up. Customer Service Challenges Following Amazon's advice, I contacted the company by phone and followed up with an email. The phone number rings, but no one answers. On the one occasion someone did pick up, they told me, "They are hanging up for a reason, don’t call back." I initially thought there was a problem with the phone system, which is why I kept calling. Replacement Parts and Further Issues Eventually, I managed to reach someone via email, and they sent replacement parts. However, those parts were also damaged, just not as severely. The company advised me to hammer the metal to make things fit. Additional Product Defects Unfortunately, the issues didn’t stop there. Multiple screens arrived without grommets installed, and some screw holes were completely missing or misaligned. The inner mesh screen at the ridge vent was too small, and the adhesive was already coming off. Many holes didn’t line up properly, or they weren’t threaded correctly, making it impossible to insert screws. Final Thoughts From afar, the appearance is acceptable, and if the quality were better, this could have been a decent purchase. However, up close, the issues are glaring. I must commend Jason in email support for his efforts to get the right parts to me, but ultimately, Greesum fell very short here. ... show more

We got the frame put together fairly easily. It took us a month because of constant start/stop due to weather. When we went to start the roof, almost all of the screws were missing (177 to be exact). I've reached out to the company in hopes I will get what I need sent. I will update when I hear from them. 8/19/24 Update Changing my rating from 2 to 5 stars. I contacted the company and they had a complete replacement set of hardware (nuts, bolts, screws) to me in a week! It takes time and patience but this gazebo is nice and worth it all. ... show more

This was purchased for our non-profit organization supporting our animal shelter. We had a rain storm with only 20 mile an hour winds (and we did secure the gazebo). It tilted and then 2 legs completely bent 90 degrees taking the opposite side legs and ripping them off the roof. This was a very disappointing purchase. We have two of them and now thinking they will not hold up to the snow load they claim which makes this a danger in our yard for people and animals. I would not recommend. ... show more

The product came dented and had the roof welded wrong. I had to cut metal to make it work. The manufacturer never contacted me back. Amazon said port took care of us financially and I could not have asked for better support from them. The description said 3-4 people and 3-4 hours assembly. The last picture was 4.5 hours with 4 people with power drills with Allen wrench attachments and 2 ladders. To finish it I had to pay 2 people 8 hours. The finished job product is awesome. I’m d the product cy came with no blemishes and welded properly it is a great deal. Just know it would take 10 hours with 4 people working together to assemble the final product. The product looks nice when assembled which takes about 8-10 hours with two people. Problem is that the roof isn’t sealed. There are no rubber washers or sealant of any sort for the screws going through the tin. It’s a fairly easy problem to solve but requires you to buy more supplies. Mine also came missing parts that can’t be bought anywhere else. Customer service is only through email and not very prompt. Still waiting on a response about sending the missing parts. Would not recommend this to anyone. Update: I was told they didn’t have the part and would offer me a $20 discount. Literally can’t finish assembly without these parts. So now I have a huge paper weight sitting in my yard. ... show more
