It was water and UV resistant which is great because it was so sunny on the day that we had the party helping us blocking the heat from the sun. I bought this tent for my son’s birthday. It turned out perfect! The tent was a really help. It was windy, but the tent block the wind out. All our guests had a great time enjoying outdoor barbecue.
