    • Small but powerful chainsaw get the job done

I’ve used this to remove a few hedges and chop up a large branch that fell from a Maple tree during a storm. It handled those tasks easily and is capable of far more. Adding oil and adjusting the chain is very easy. The small size makes it easy to maneuver.

I’ve had battery operated saws before( dewalt.) and they were weak . This saw is the real deal . It spins the chain fast enough to cut effectively. The weight is not bad and the saw has none of the problems of the earlier generation .ie, leaking oil. Chain jumping off.

This product is actually built by Intertek, not Greenworks (not honestly sure what they do or do not build in general). It leaks constantly. GW supports says this is normal. Only solution is to drain the oil every time you use it. Amazing. Sometimes the kickback/chain-break doesn't work. Not safe to use. ... show more

The brushless model seems to have a lot more power than the standard. Neither are a substitute for a gas chainsaw for big jobs but this one is perfect for a weekend warrior.
