I was excited to receive this product, but unfortunately, it did not meet expectations. It was supposed to be brand new, but it was clearly reboxed. The packaging was damaged, and the item showed signs of previous use. To make matters worse, parts were missing, making it unusable right out of the box. The media could not be loaded. I ordered this powerful lil snow devil for use at a mid-west ski resort. whether is real snow or man-made snow, this power shovel chews it up and sends it on its way! It's been used on sidewalks, decks, Stairs, ramps, and even the roof over our Dining Room (which had a snow drift 100ft long and 24" deep). This is the first time I felt the need to brag about a tool. but this has saved time and our backs time and time again. I ordered 2 extra batteries, charging and rotating them, I am able to continuously keep going for hours. I get no compensation for this product, Its just that good. This video was shot after 3 days after Mother Natured gifted us 8" -10" of snow. Thanks to this power shovel, I didn't have to lift all that snow over the rails. ... show more

This electric snow shovel is heavy. Pushing it through slightly wet snow takes considerable upper body strength. An ordinary person should be able to manage the snow shovel weight and the pushing. I cleared my 2-car wide x 2 cars long driveway in about 20 minutes with 4 inches of snow that was starting to melt. In my case, it only used 1/4 of the 4-AHr battery. It was much easier than hand shoveling. The directional vanes work, throwing the snow about 20 to 30 degrees to the side. Since it is only 12 inches wide, you have to make many passes. ... show more

With the battery at the end of the handle, this was too heavy for my back issues, had to return and am trying a Greenworks snowblower next.
