It’s not as strong as a gardeners blower, but it does a good job. Easy to put the battery in & turn it on. Even has adjustable speeds. The icing on the cake is it has no exhaust fumes.

This blower is lightweight and is so maneuverable that it can be operated with one hand, although I would strongly not recommend it. Don't expect it to remove a tall pile of leaves because it was not designed to do that. I use it in the yard to remove cut clippings from bushes, to clean the garage or to remove the sand from the driveway, and it is extremely efficient. A small disadvantage mentioned by others is that the turn on and off switch is placed inconveniently in front of the handle and is awkward to reach, but a nice feature is that one can control the force of the airflow by increasing or decreasing it gradually. The battery lasts about 40 to 45 minutes depending on the use of the unit. It also recharges fairly quickly and can be used in other Greenworks products. ... show more

I purchased this blower at the end of the year of last year, used it once and put it away. This spring, I went to use the blower and it runs for 3-5 seconds and then cuts off. I contacted the manufacturer explaining my issue. After a prolonged wait on hold, I was told they would check and email me back with a solution. I received an email saying that I was out of warranty and they would not help me. This was a total waste of good money! I can’t believe that the manufacturer will not stand behind their product that is obviously defective. ... show more

Disappointed with the short lifespan of the Rechargeable battery, which failed six months into use. This is not the first 40 V green works product have purchased through Amazon. The blower itself worked well before the battery failed. Now The green light on the battery charger keeps Flashing However, the battery is not accepting the charge and only one indicator light on the battery remains lit. I look forward to a positive response from the supplier as I was hoping to expand, my suite of green, works tools. I have currently purchased the 40 V trimmer as well as the pole saw and the blower. ... show more
