Love this thing although it was a return (the holder had been attached) and the first impact driver Attachment refused to release. So, why do I love it? Because GREENWORKS sent me another and let me keep this one. The impact attachment is STILL clamped tightly and I use it for a particular sized hex head that I often have to drive. I purchased the Greenworks Drill & Impact Driver Combo Kit (Model CK321) from Amazon, and I strongly advise caution before buying this product. Key Issues: Safety Certification Doubts: The product claims compliance with IEC/UL/CSA 62841 standards, but I was unable to verify these certifications through any official source. This raises serious concerns about whether it meets U.S., Canadian, or European safety requirements. Invalid Barcodes: The barcodes on the product do not link to anything relevant to Greenworks or this model, making traceability impossible. Warranty Registration Problem: When attempting to register the product, the form required selecting a “Province” instead of a U.S. state—an odd and incorrect requirement for U.S. customers. Customer Service Failure: We tried reaching Greenworks customer support multiple times and were unsuccessful. Bottom Line: I am returning this item and do not recommend purchasing anything from this company until they address these issues.
