My wife loves these new utensils. Very professional grade,nice handles, heavy utensils, that the minute you pick them up you can tell that these are not cheap cooking utensils. Non stick without the cheap coating that comes with most cheaper utensils. Rust proof, and cooking with these utensils is a dream. Now that I have used these pots and pans for 10 months, I feel I can honestly review them. Overall, I love them. Doing as the instructions advise, there have been no problems with warping, cleaning, or chipping. The many sizes and styles in this set accommodate all my cooking needs. They require less heat than other pans that I have used (I have a gas stove) and the coated skillets are truly non-stick. As per the instructions I do not use spray oil on the pans, using butter or olive oil as necessary. I have placed the pans that do not have coated surface in my dishwasher, and they come out beautifully. I need to use a pot holder for the lids when removing them, as they do heat up. However, the handles of the skillets and pans are covered and I do not need a potholder. These pans are heavy duty and hold up well. The reason I did not give 5 stars for this review is two fold: 1) The handles tilt at an upward angle and are too high, catching my sleeves and arms, knocking them around the stove ( so I have to be aware of where they are) and 2) the skillets do not have even heat distribution. I have to move the food around in the pan in order for all to cook at the same rate. (see photo). Overall, they are a fantastic set and I would highly recommend them. ... show more

I purchased the Bobby Flay Stainless Steel cookware set with high expectations, but unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. After using the pans for the very first time, I noticed they were already showing signs of damage. I immediately reached out to their customer service, hoping for a resolution, only to be told that they were unable to assist me in any way. It’s incredibly frustrating to see such poor support for a product that’s supposed to be of high quality. To make matters worse, it seems like both the customer service and the quality of the cookware have significantly declined over time. Used to trust this brand, but it’s clear that the standards have deteriorated. Given my experience, I can no longer recommend purchasing anything from Greenpan cookware line. If you are looking for reliable, durable, and well-supported products, I suggest you look elsewhere. ... show more

Basically a very good quality set at a reasonable cost. We didn't feel they included enough lids, especially for the fry pans, or, at the very least, include lids that fit both fry pans and sauce pans. But that is minor to the delivery. This was an obvious return. It was put back together very poorly. It took much of the excitement away. Considering how much we have spent at Amazon, we expected better. Returns should be sold at a reduced price!! ... show more
