I’m writing this review to help those still unsure if these are the pots for them. I was really nervous when I bought these pans as they are a significant investment. I always read the worst reviews first and then read the better reviews. I’m not sure that’s the best approach but because some thought these weren’t the best, I thought for a bit before I purchased. Then I read outside reviews, from cooking magazines, consumer reports, etc and that made me take the plunge. Just so you know, I kept the boxes for an entire month without throwing them away in case I had to return. Then I used them for 6 weeks before I’m writing this review. So you know this is a well thought out and informed review. All that to say, these pans are wonderful. I think people just aren’t cooking with them as instructed. I had never cooked on just low to medium heat so not sure I would like that or it would take too long. The reality is it takes very little additional time because the pans conduct heat so efficiently. I use only silicon tools and hand wash with just a paper towel and dish soap, then hand dry. I store them with the pot protector felt pads that came with the set, as well as additional ones I purchased to make sure pots were protected. The reality is these pots cook like a dream, are easy to clean, nothing has stuck in them and zero chipping or scratching. I’ve used them in the oven and on the stove. I’m sure eventually they will show signs of use, as all well used cooking utensils do, but right now they look good as new. So if you’re still undecided, as long as you use them and care for them as instructed, it’s well worth the investment. Hope this helps you decide! ... show more

I was impresses with the weight. Very sturdy pan. Even the rivets on where the handle is attached is coated. I had a “ok” egg pan that especially scrambled eggs would stick on the uncoated rivets made it a pain to clean. Tried fried egg and scrambled and both slid right out of the green pan. Cooked up a batch of orange shrimp and left it remainder in the pan to cool (sweet & sticky). Most of it wiped out with paper towel. Warm soapy sponge wiped out (not scrubbed a light swipe). I rinsed and put away. It’s amazing. And the pan have a good core, heats evenly. I love cooking in them. Holds heat for quite awhile after turning off the burner. Direction said let cool before cleaning. Was worried thing would be too hard to clean. Put it to the test and easiest pots & pans I’ve ever cleaned. And lastly every time some comes over I direct them to the kitchen to see my new pans. I have a Tuscan kitchen so the Merlot was a nice touch. I never thought I would show off a set of pots and pans. So far so good. I will not let anyone cook on them but me. I’ve never paid this much for pots and pans but I think now was a good investment. I’m going to use them as directed and hope they stay nice as promised. Will update if anything changes. I read some reviews that looked like they cooked on layer after layer of grease. Didn’t look pretty. But I don’t understand why. Cleaning between each use it come out so clean with absolutely no effort. Alli can say is I’m more than pleased. The only bad part of cooking for me is the cleanup and this took that chore down quite a few notches. And so pretty if I wasn’t afraid of someone scratching them with serving utensils, I’d put them on trivit at the table and serve from them - they are so pretty. I was initially thrilled with my purchase of the GreenPan Reserve 10-piece cookware set from Amazon in 2024. The design is beautiful, and I was drawn to the promise of healthy. However, my excitement quickly turned to disappointment. After few use, some of the pieces developed chips along their edges—despite me following all care instructions, including hand washing and storing the pans with protective cloths in between. When I reached out to GreenPan’s customer service, I hoped for a fair resolution under their warranty, I was told the damage was due to “normal wear and tear” and not covered. Even after explaining that the chipping happened immediately and demonstrating that I had taken proper care, my claim was dismissed. It’s frustrating to invest so much in a product marketed for its quality and durability, only to have it fail so soon. I won’t be purchasing from GreenPan again. I hate leaving negative reviews, but this one is frustrating. The large saute pan showed up very dented. Worked on getting a replacement to no avail. Only option is to return the entire set, which would work but I've used the pans and immediately threw away the packaging. My fault there. As an Amazon seller myself I figured it would be easy to get a replacement. Reached out to Greenpan and they gave me a phone number to call but it was just some marketing number trying to give me a free old person alert device for if I fall. Very frustrated with the customer service here (or lack there of). I've owned a lot of greenpans and have liked them, but probably switching brands now. Good pans. Terrible customer service. EDIT; Not related to my review, but moments after the review I got an email back finally from Greenpan (about a week after) and they're sending me replacement. Love the pans and glad to know they're replacing the damaged pan. ... show more
