The pot and saucepans include easy- pour spouts that work with the straining lids to make transfers effortless. Each of these pots and pans features our Thermolon Diamond Advanced healthy ceramic nonstick coating, our most advanced coating to date. This coating is crafted with multiple diamond-infused layers to not only make it extremely tough and metal utensil safe, but also provide excellent heat transfer and incredible nonstick performance. As always with GreenPan, our coating is free of PFAS, PFOA, lead, and cadmium, and it will not release toxic fumes, even if overheated. Dishwasher safe. Oven safe to 400°F, lids to 350°F. We got these to replace a different nonstick set that deteriorated after only a couple of years. We tried on Greenpan frying pan and it’s held up well, so we got this set. They’ve been great so far. I’m not a fan of the grill pan yet: hamburgers were difficult to turn. Maybe other meats will do better. We didn’t need the pan protectors, as we hang our pans, and we already have a steamer, but others may need them. I would have liked to have gotten the 8” frying pan with the set, as there are only two of us. The 8” pan exists, but is difficult and expensive to obtain. ... show more

    • Great on the inside, but quickly gets beat up on the outside

So I bought the gray set on Amazon about 3 years ago now. They are great, non-stick, durable pans on the inside of the pan! Mine STILL look brand new from the inside of the pan! Very good quality, very durable, and very easy to clean! CONS: It does not take long for the outside of these pots and pans to look terrible. I’ve got a gas stove and the outside of these pans look terrible….they have flame stains on them…very marked up……When it comes time to buy another set, I would have to see that the outside of these pans have changed, or I would not purchase these again….Simply because after about a month or two, they don’t look nice on the outside of the pan. ... show more

    • Good pans, lack of options
Size: Cookware Pots and Pans Set, 6 Piece
I’ve had these pans for just over a month now, I cook almost daily with them, and I’m satisfied with the durability and non-stick features. I do take care to wipe the pans out after every use, I don’t put water into a hot pan and I don’t use metal utensils. They look pretty much like new. I put mine in the dishwasher and have had no issues. I’ll update the review if there is an issue at some point, but so far so good. My major criticism is the lack of options other than purchasing a full set. We seem to use a lot of small saucepans in my house, but after speaking with the green pan company, the only way I can get new saucepans is to order the full set. I’ll end up purchasing a couple sauce pans individually from another company, but they won’t match 😔 ... show more

    • Great quality cookware
Size: 11 Piece Cookware Pots and Pans Set
I've had my 11 piece Levels cookware set for a little over a year now and purposely waited that long to write a review. The set has performed fabulously and is just as non-stick today as it was when purchased. I wash by hand about 90% of the time and will run something through the dishwasher once in a while. I love the stackability of the pans as it saves a lot of storage space. The strainer lids are the best! I use the two saucepans, the large pot, and the smaller frying pan the most, the two larger frying pans I have yet to use. I love the extra handles, makes it much easier to lift and manage when heavy. A few things I wish were different: - I honor the direction to use medium heat as the highest heat setting, this means things take longer to heat up and boil/cook. It would be ideal to be able to set the cookware on high heat as desired, but that is not the recommendation. - Some of the items in the set can be purchased individually and some cannot. I find this unfortunate. In order to get more saucepans I've compromised and purchased a set of three from one of GreenPan's other cookware lines. Overall I love the Levels set and highly recommend it for anyone wanting a healthier set of cookware with great durability and useful features. ... show more

I take very good care of my pots and pans. I use the frying pan often for eggs, and whether I fry them or scramble them, they almost always stick. I use plenty of oil. As for the smaller pot, I have used it minimally, but it already has a scratch on the bottom. I don’t use any metal utensils on my pots and pans, so the only thing I can think of, it must be from the steamer basket. In my opinion this should not have happened with a good quality pot. All my other pots and pans from this set have a little scratches as well. Of course that is the beginning of the nonstick surface deterioration. I have been using this set for just over a year, but these issues began after just a few months of use. Leaning towards going back to stainless steal pots and pans. ... show more

    • In love eith my new pans

We needed to replace all my pans so after doing our research we decided to buy this stackable set. We were able to store it in 2 drawers, exactly what we needed since we don't have a big kitchen. We are using it as instructed, no high heat, only medium and below and with the proper oil. It took some days to get used to that, but it works perfectly since they get really hot. What we do is to turn on the stove while we are still finishing preparing what we are using the pot for. So nothing have stick to them so far...so easy clean it is. And it feels good that we are not contaminating ourselves with toxins. ... show more

Pans are great but lids need to go. Sharp edges on the bottom and the knobs on the top of the lids get very hot very fast.
