I have been using for over since December 2022. I use the small skillet at least 5 times a week to make a french omelet in the am. I just less than a top of unsalted butter and preheat the pan on medium. Perfect everything and no deterioration of nonstick properties. In addition, it is cleaned in a dishwasher everything. My only concern (and I almost sent them back) each pan had scratches on the edges from day one. Still there. Have not gotten worse at all, thank goodness. Pans are high quality for sure. However, the instructions suggest that putting them in the dishwasher is ok but it is better to hand wash. Generally I don't buy anything that cannot go in the dishwasher, so a bit confused. Also, they give you pads to place between the pans if stacking them, further suggesting that the non-stick surface is not as "hard" as the description indicates. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. While the pans are super non stick…best ever. I had concerns about durability. If you follow the very clear directions these pans can last a lifetime. Best ever. All concerns thrown out. They even cook better with their tech, at lower heat levels. Fantastic.

Somebody really beat up this sad and then tried to sell it as good. Literal dents in the top of the sauce pan and someone really roughed it up to put chips in the nonstick coating! I know I paid close to half of full price but damn.

Very nice cookware set and should last you for the rest of your life with proper care. Pro - They require less oil when cooking, but do require some. But the food just seems to slide around and not stick at all. They heat evenly and have no hotspots. They come with some nice felt pot protectors to keep the pots and pans from banging around and getting scratched. Very easy cleanup with just soap and a sponge. Make sure to not use abrasive cleaning sponges. Made without all the nasty chemicals and processes which I assume will mean less nasty stuff leaching into our foods. YAY Con - They are on the heavy side which is expected for a nice ceramic interior but these are not pots and pans that your feeble Granny would be able to use. The set comes with three lids that fit on all the pots and one also fits on the smaller pan. There is no lid for the largest pan. This should not be a huge issue as there are lots of universal lids for frying pans out there, but just for note. The set states that there are 14 pieces. Keep in mind that three of the pieces are spatula-type things and three are pot protector pads. I am looking forward to cooking with these more and with a variety of dishes. I will update this review if there is a difference in cooking methods or if any adjustments to normal cooking come up. Overall a VERY NICE set of cookware that should last a lifetime. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The Green Pan 15 piece set arrived with NO scratches or damages! The set was covered and packed tightly in the box leaving little room to move around. Both frypans, sauce pan, sauté, stockpot, and lids are made out of Infinite8 Healthy Ceramic; sturdy and heavy duty. The set is oven and broiler safe. The stainless steel handles can get hot! So be sure to use hot pads when handling especially if using in an oven. When used on the cook top the handles were warm to the touch. Just be careful wherever you use them. The box shows that metal utensils are safe but I have only used the silicone utensils. I have tossed all my metal ones away because of past bad experiences. So far, I have not scorched nor burnt food…Yeah. I usually hand wash pans (these were super easy to o clean-up) as I am cooking however these are dishwasher safe. I do like that 3 pan protectors were included in the box to keep them scratch free when put away. I am tempted to hide this set from the family. LOL ... show more
