If you are on the hunt for a one-set purchase that will get you just about everything you need in the kitchen, particularly for an induction cooktop, you have found what you are looking for. I really love my GreenPan set, I've had them for awhile, and it was actually after searing a very large steak last night I decided it was time for a review. Normally, you would use a cast iron for the kind of searing I needed to do, (a large top sirloin), but I didn't have one handy so I busted out the 11" and said "Screw it, might as well see how good we can get it with this." I was able to properly sear and crust my steak, and even with a HEAVY well-developed fond on the bottom of the pan, it was a sinch to remove with hot water and a little dish soap in the sink this morning. Didn't have to apply much pressure at all, no damage to the pan or nonstick coating. This morning I made eggs in that same pan after cleaning it, forgot to throw down some butter first, but I was still able to move them off them pan without much issue. Even thin/burned pieces of eggwhite pull away from the pan with very little pressure. Its things like that that made me think "Man these are the best pans I've ever had, I really should review them or something" and got me here today. And that's on top of the fact that in the year plus I've had them, I've used them for literally everything else I've needed to make as well, and I never thought much of it. It all just worked. The only other regularly used pot or pan I turn to outside this set is my dutch oven, and only for specific recipes where it makes sense. I also want to point out the GP5s are pretty damn thick in terms of construction and that's very important not only for durability but for imparting heat into food without the temperature of the pan dipping below where you want it to be. I would recommend gently sink washing all of these items and pairing them with silicone kitchen tools. That's what I've been doing since I got them and they remain in great shape. All in all this is a great set, warrant their price, and I'd recommend them to anyone that wants a solid set of well constructed cookware, particularly if you're sick of issues with lesser and lower priced pots and pans like I was.

Very happy with overall quality and finish. Having lids you can’t see through is a challenge. Especially when the lid gets insanely hot. Size distribution seems weird to me with no small units, just med and large. Nonstick is great and very easy to clean.

We got tired of replacing Teflon coated pans every year due to flaking. We went to aluminum clad pans which are less nonstick and harder to clean. I acknowledge I was probably using too high of a heat and the olive oil probably burned. We gambled on these pots and pans. They have greatly exceeded our expectations after 2 weeks. We love these pans. They are extremely easy to clean and cook great. They are hefty and look great. The lids are a little less hefty but that is a minor quibble. I bought avocado oil as recommended due to having a higher smoke point than olive oil. We are extremely happy with this purchase. 5 Month Update. I continue to love these pans. They remain incredibly easy to clean. No scratching or flaking of the nonstick surface. The outside of the pan has a few stains from overspills and pouring but they are hard to see (we bought the dark blue). The bottom has some cook marks from heat etcetera. The lids catch some condensed liquid due to their shape when simmering but it doesn't really bother me. I think this product has kept its promise. My kids laugh at me for commenting how much I love these when cleaning up. I note that they would too if they actually helped clean up.

I've had my cookware set for 2 months. We have not used them in the oven, we clean them by hand, and we use all the precautions and suggestions for cleaning and care. Even with the proper care a chip has appeared on the pan and when I inquired about this being under warranty I've been told by the company that chipping and scratching is normal and will not affect the performance of the cookware and is not covered under warranty. Although they are still functioning as normal at the moment it doesn't look or seem right to have the pans chipping after 2 months of use.

My partner and I had been using an old set of pots and pans for years before I finally threw in the towel and ordered these off Amazon. These have definitely made my cooking experience a lot better, and I have been nothing but pleased at the properties of this cookware. I highly recommend using only silicone cooking utensils when cooking with this cookware, and with as nonstick as they are you will only ever need silicone spatulas and spoons. These have a good amount of heft to them, and you'll want to make sure to read the instructions regarding using these on your stove. They don't recommend cranking the heat up too high because you can damage the pan by doing that. Truly do heat up very well with a lower heat and even though they say they're safe for metal utensils again I have to strenuously recommend using silicone. Mine have held up phenomenally and I think that is one of the reasons for my success. The handles are very secure on the pots and pans, and they have a good shape to them allowing you to manipulate the pan however you need very comfortably. But do be mindful that they are metal handles so there's always the potential if your pot is very warm the handle could warm up as well. Just keep an extra dry kitchen towel around and you'll be just fine. The lid seal onto the pots and pans very decently, and they have one vent hole in the top that allows you to gage what's going on inside of the cookware since you cannot see through the lid. I had never heard of this company come up, but my partner said these should be quality and boy was she right! Definitely recommend checking these out!
