I've had a set of Copper Chef cookware for about 2 years. We've taken really good care of them but everything is sticking to them. Trying to scamble eggs is a nightmare. The copper is also staining and starting to wear off. So, I started to do some research. I would love to have HexClad by Gordon Ramsay but I'd rather keep $900 and only spend about $200. I looked at Granite Stone, Blue Diamond, Rachel Ray, Pioneer Woman, etc. I have a ninja skillet that I use for large stirfry dishes - I love it because things don't stick, but the handle & the lid grip gets really really HOT! I've had a couple stainless steel pots for over 20 years and they are holding up and doing great. Things stick a bit but we're keeping those. Our Copper Chef & Paul Dean cookware pieces are going to Goodwill. The GreenLife cookware set has been PHENOMENAL!! We have a gas stove so sometimes the heat distribution causes things to not cook evenly in a larger skillet or pot. The heat distribution with GreenLife is awesome and I LOVE the soft grips on the handles & lids! I didn't have to worry about burning myself trying to stir things! We rarely have pancakes but when we received the flat skillet - we tried it! We made 4 little pancakes and they all cooked with even heat distribution and turened out amazing! I also like to make fried potatoes. I used the large skillet and I think it was the best batch of fried potatoes I've ever made! The potatoes were slightly browned and crispy - not one of them stuck to the skillet. My husband used one of the pots for his rice & beans - he's in love. Anyway - We've had a great expereience for the last week. Of course, we know that cookware isn't made to last forever, however, I'm looking forward to using these for the next couple of years.! ... show more

I bought these for my girlfriend to replace essentially all of her previous cookware, most of which was mismatched and/or clearly outlived its usefulness and safety. I've never bought cookware in a large set like this, so I spent a lot of time researching what I needed and what types of materials would work best, and so far these have been spectacular. All of the pieces are identical colors, vibrant, bright, and unblemished. With everything included in this set, I find it hard to believe you would need buy something more extravagant, as this will more than provide for a house of 4 or more people in a normal breakfast, lunch, and dinner cycle (luckily, my girlfriend enjoys cooking). The varying pan sizes will cover just about any cooking project you might look to take up. The included accessories are also very well made and easy to clean. We have extremely iron rich water, which tends to stain most white surfaces an orange hue. These pots do not have that issue - we've been using them since Christmas Day, and they have yet to show signs of staining. I have had this set for a month now and 2 pans have chipped already. I use silicone utensils and a small towel to wash them to prevent scratching or damaging the coating on them. However, they still Chipped. It seems to be made out of cheap material. The flat tortilla warmer pan is stained and won’t come clean after cooking homemade tortillas on it. Not sure why or what happened, but now it looks gross and I hate using it. The sizes of pots and pans are great, but that’s about it. ... show more

Was a gift for sister. She loves them they look very nice. We went from gas to an electric stove so we didn't have to worry about burning up the plastic handles but I would have preferred them to be metal cuz we're probably going to go back to gas and that was the main reason I wasn't going to buy them and the bottoms of them are completely painted so they look really nice when they're hanging up but you have to be very careful not to scratch the paint by putting them on the pan cuz there's no type of metal ring or anything the whole entire bottom is painted so I could see them getting scratched up over time and no longer looking nice hanging up but overall they're great pants she loves them she doesn't even want to use them ... show more
