This is a decent sized skillet to handle ANYTHING I choose to cook for 2-3 people. It's not too shallow! The nonstick is beautifully no sticky. I have yet to really "wash" it. Other than a MILDLY soapy sponge and dry clothe wipe out. The nonstick is truly nonstick. Use silicon or rubberized utensils to keep the coating intact and perfect. I have cooked so many meals in this one skillet. If you plan out your different meals you don't need to use other pans at all. I have made complete breakfasts - casseroles - fried veggies fried chicken and pork chops as well as steamed rice etc. This skillet is a 500 watt output which is just perfect for my Jackery 1000 solar powered emergency battery unit. The heat goes up to 400 degrees which is just perfect. I have even made bread in it!! I purchased this specifically for emergency power out cooking. Instead of using a butane grill etc. because of its low watt draw. Many skillets are over a 1500 - 2000 watts range. The size is regular as in most skillets. Great for RV one pan cooking is you have the space. The legs are solid stable and do not rock at all. Actually the leg design is unique and secure. The glass lid fits snug and has the steam out hole. The only minus I see is that this is not a particularly INSULATED cooker - meaning you will get burned (kind of) on the outside metal/ceramic of cooker. The power cord fits snugly into unit and is the typical length. Meaning you need to cook pretty close to your outlet. The turquoise is very cheerful. I really love this less expensive appliance. I'm so glad to have found it and as I mentioned the low 500 watt draw is so perfect. It gets as hot as I'll ever need it to be. Pictured. : A celery soup, Bacon and spinach, Rice skillet meal. This skillet is totally amazing.. we have cooked pancakes biscuits burgers hot dogs bacon pork chops and eggs plan on doing a casserole in the future. The fact that we were able to get biscuits to rise in this and not heat up the camper was amazing. Clean up is so easy you can pretty much just wipe it off although we do wash it by hand but it is dishwasher safe as well as the lid. Speaking of the lid we like the ability to cook hamburgers in the camper and put the lid on it to get rid of the splatter Factor so far we've used it about 10 or 15 times and nothing has stuck to it. Very pleasantly surprised by the quality of this product. Ive purchased so many of these from box stores over the years they have all been lightweight, flimsy, wobbly legs, power outlet loose. Every single one of them. This skillet is none of those things. It's a nice solid weight, very sturdy legs and power outlet. Lid fits perfectly. Heats up within seconds. Very easy to clean, nonstick works impeccably. This was an excellent buy! I wanted the black to match the kitchen but it was $7 more than the colored options. I refused to pay $7 for paint on something that will only be seen while in use so I bought the torquise one and I love it. If your shopping for a skillet and want quality but do not want to pay $70 for it then this is the skillet for you! Buy it! ... show more

The GreenLife Healthy Ceramic Nonstick is a very good skillet. I especially like how easy it is to clean. However, the temperature control detracts from its overall quality. Inserting the temperature control fully takes a great deal of effort. To remove, it takes even more effort. Although I have seen complaints from other buyers that the temperature control fits too loosely, I haven't seen a complaint that the controller fits too tightly, like mine. I love this skillet. I’ve only used it twice so far, but it really seems to cook my food nicely. I was concerned it would not crisp my food up to my liking, (I like my food on the crispier side) but so far it crisps to perfection, and without having to use a ton of oil or butter. Food does not seem to burn to the pan, unlike stainless steel, which is why I switched to ceramic style cookware. The only thing I would change, is being able to remove the pan from the heating element. The skillet cleans easily with a quick wipe of even just a paper towel, but I worry about running it under water and getting the electrical wet. So far, this little cooking unit has encouraged me to cook even more than I usually do. I love it, and will update if any problems arise. For now, I’m excited to make new meals. ... show more
