Bought this for a bridal shower, instead of renting. Decided to get a "better" one than the cheapest, and glad we did. Aluminum fittings and poles are nice and sturdy. Welded metal fittings instead of flimsy plastic. Lots of stakes and tie ropes included. The instructions were also better than expected, not great but definitely usable. Nice that they include 3 heavy bags for storage, although I put all the fittings in a plastic tub as they would probably poke through the bag. Takes at least 3-4 people to setup, just to keep the frame from twisting and possibly getting bent. Your hands will be black from the aluminum after you setup the frame, but they include a couple pairs of gloves to keep the white covering from getting black. ... show more

We can use it to host a big outdoor event or use as a garage for cars. It is easy to assembly , it take times, but worth it. It is huge, stalilize and wind resistance. I finished putting up my party tent yesterday. I started putting it up the day before that by myself. I was able complete Step #1 (Top frame) alone in a little over 1.5hrs. Son's came over on day two and we were able to work at a much faster pace. It took a little less than two hours to complete the install. There was nothing hard about the install but there are a lot of steps. Overall installation was easy and I would purchase again. The one issue that I have is that I didn't receive enough of the bungee balls. I don't have enough to install one side of the windows or the back...I assume I'm missing a bag.
