SERIOUSLY, STOP SEARCHING. This is the tent you're looking for. I'll explain.... Instructions were pleasantly short and easy to understand. Setup was simple. Parts are clearly labled with stickers that I fully expect to stay put after multiple uses. All connections are simple yet sturdy with press and snap. No screws, no nuts, no bolts. I researched the far ends of Amazon for tents, read hundreds of reviews and found the top two most important qualities contributing to a high quality tent are pole thickness and tent tarp material/thickness. This kit absolutely excells at both. Poles are thick, and the high quality tarp attaches very taunt. Five guys erected our tent, and took us about 1.25 hours. Some sides had to be pulled tight to center the roof, allowing it to be affixed with the straps. Even with heavy pulling, there were no rips or tears, showcasing the tarp's high quality, thickness and commercial strength. Alignment was very precise. Even though our yard is at an incline and uneven in some spots, the unit is very sturdy. Photos are of the day after our event during a gentle rain storm. Zero leaks. Fortunately, our event had sunshine all day so the cathedral windows were not used. I fully intend to reuse and rent this tent for years to come. Please do not be deceived by other manufacturer's advertised claims for pole thickness and high quality. Lower price and gimmicky sales tactics don't always equate to value and quality. I initially fell for this trick and purchased a different manufacturer's tent of the same size for $200 less. Big mistake. Those poles were so thin that I was able to bend them with my hands. I never even attempted to assemble it..... returned and got refunded immediately. This kit is high value for the price. Shipment comes in 4 boxes, delivered over 2 days. Comes with plenty of ground stakes for all 12 legs and all walls, four corner heavy-duty screw-in tie downs with thick rope, and 4 bags for easy storage. WORTH EVERY PENNY. Spend it on this one. You won't be disappointed. 10 stars if I could!!

First of all their customer service is beyond great. I had an issue and they went over and beyond to make it right. The tent is awesome, sturdy and well worth the money. The galvanized pipe has stood up against the winds we get with no issues. We have not yet added the walls since it’s just for shade on a large area of concrete. You will need at least 4 people to install it cause it is heavy. But I was so impressed by the service they provided. I hope I do not need another tent anytime soon, but if someone asks about mine I would gladly recommend Green Party. Side note I have the leg covers lifted because I have male dogs.

We have used the tent for many parties and it has been amazing! You can fit 8 big round tables under it. It was up on a very windy day and 2 of the poles got bent in a strong wind gust. Customer service was wonderful. They were responsive and resolved my issue immediately by sending me new poles. I would do business with this company again in a heartbeat.

Purchased this party tent a week ago, have it installed couple days ago, and find it very helpful. We can use it to host a big outdoor event or use as a garage for cars. It is easy to assembly , it take times, but worth it. It is huge, stalilize and wind resistance. With it, you do not need to worry about sun, rain or bad weather when you plan an event. I would highly recommended to my friends and family

The tent itself is great, the instructions are not clear so definitely for the first time setting up give yourself extra time for mistakes…..when you put a pole upside down on a tent this size it’s not a quick fix. Also for the price of this item they should send enough of the bungee cord balls to attach all of the sides which they do not so you have to order extra. And if your in the middle of a project and don’t have the correct items to attach all of the sides it’s pretty frustrating. This tent definitely needs to be securely mounted as the wind can move it making it not as stable as it looks. It looks great in back yard, the material is thick and definitely will protect against rain.

I would like to get a number to speak with someone. We used this tent and loved it, but we did get some eyelet damage from high winds. Around 30 mph. I was amazed how well it stood up to the winds, but would like to purchase another roof at a fair price to replace it rather than returning tent.
