Bought a bed in a box .. unrolled it (ugh what a job).. and it very low 10” soft flimsy even tho it said firm! Returned it .. and ordered this 14” firm mattress .. very firm which is what I wanted.. made in Brooklyn ( so it’s gotta be good)

Ordered on June 23rd, asked for delivery to be made on porch, received 4 days later than promised and was it was put by the garage door. Opened mattress to find a huge snag on it from the strapping. Paid over $600!!
