The media could not be loaded. Excellent blinds! I bought the Jacquard White, and they look great! Same or better quality as the ones at my local home store for a fraction of the price. I was originally told they wouldn't work with Home Assistant, but I decided to buy one and find out for myself. The Zigbee motor was discovered immediately (Yookee - D10110) and worked as expected. I liked it so much I bought a bunch more for the rest of my house. Pros: - Look great! - Super easy to install/uninstall - Works right out of the box - Excellent for light filtering and privacy - Much more quiet than I expected - Works with home automation - Shipped fast and delivered early MINOR Cons: - The remotes come pre-programmed, which is great; but if you buy more than one blind, there is no way to know which blind corresponds to which number on the remote. I installed my first blind, tried to test it with the remote, and it started unrolling another blind that was still in its packaging. - The antennae can easily get rolled up in the blind, so make sure they are out of the way. I didn't notice the first time I used them, and one of the antennae broke off. Still works perfectly fine though. - The blinds don't seem to hang straight down when the "slats" are open. Nothing major and not that noticeable. I did install some rubber stoppers to hold them back (see image). Overall: Extremely glad I purchased these! * Note: My video shows these blinds working with HomeKit. The version I bought is Zigbee and does not natively support HomeKit (nor does it support a separate tilt control). This was possible with Home Assistant which exposes all your devices to HomeKit, Alexa, Google, etc. even if they do not normally support them.

The media could not be loaded. The quality, customer service and ease of installation have made me very happy with my purchase. Before making my decision I reached out to customer service, they were very responsive and answered all my questions. Even after the order was placed, customer service was able to change the motor type to one that is Matter certified. This wasn’t even an option with the shangrila shades on Amazon or their website! For being custom, they shipped out quickly and were delivered to my door within 7 days. Installation was relatively easy but did have a few hiccups when pairing them to HomeKit, as there were no directions for adding them to the Apple Home App. The quality and materials of the (Jacquard White) are great. I’ve been trying to convince my wife to update to smart shades for years and she is now impressed and likes the convenience. These allow me to set up some useful automations. Overall, I feel I’ve made the right decision with these shades.

I was a little weary before ordering, but I’m so glad I did. I purchased 3 blinds (71” long) for our mater bedroom. 1 remote, 3 solar panels, and I also bought a 4th gen Echo. Here are my observations: - ordering was easy, just follow the measuring instructions. I wanted to make sure I was getting making the right choices with the remote, battery, etc, so I emailed them to confirm before I ordered. I had a helpful response within 12 hours. - installation was simple. About 5-10 minutes per blind - set up was easier than I thought it would be. The instructions are pretty good. I would suggest scanning the entire manual first so you can see what the steps are and what customization can be done. - I made an error when connecting with Alexa. I sent an email to them and received a thorough, clear, and helpful response a few hours later. I was able to solve my issues by following their steps. They look great! They are easy to use! The price was great! I will buy more when it’s time to tackle our family room.

Blinds fit perfectly, the motor was surprisingly quiet, and inside install with valance was super easy. The blinds also paired easily with Samsung Smartthings system. Only issue I had was pairing the remote. The instructions in english are slightly broken so I will have to contact customer service about this one. Other than that, these things are visually nice and pass the wife test. Measure twice and order once. Do it now.

While Graywind was decent to work with (there was a LONG delay, but between the pandemic and US. customs, it really isn't their fault.) the Shangrila sheer blinds cannot be set up to work automatically with my Alexa, as I had hoped. I can tell the device to close the blinds, but what it does is take them to the bottom of their settings, meaning that the vanes are open, and the outdoors is visible through the sheers. In order to CLOSE them, I have to use the remote. After the fact, their rep. tells me that it is an issue with the RF. The REMOTE can tell it to pause at a preset position, but that cannot be done via Alexa. I wish that I'd known beforehand. I had been warned that the "blackout" was not truly dark; I wasn't prepared for how much light gets through, especially if they're in direct sunlight. The vanes between the sheers do not overlap, so there is quite a lot of light that shows through. Even the areas that ARE behind the vanes show quite a lot of light. Overall though, the Shangrila shades are pretty. The motors are not too loud, and so far (so longs as I'm using the remote, not Alexa) they respond well.
