We just built a pool house that has 9 feet of glass on each side, 8 feet high. We found very few vendors willing or able to make roller shades in our desired size. (We did not want multiple panels) We first submitted our order via Amazon custom order. Within 8 hours, we heard back from customer service that our chosen fabric was not available in our desired width, and we were given a list of fabrics available in "super wide" widths. Once we confirmed all the options, production time was very quick and we received the finished product only 7 days after shipment. Quality, fit and finish are all great. I'm guessing it would have cost at least 3 times as much if we had ordered locally. Very pleased with the final product and would highly recommend this vendor. ... show more

UPDATE: I have updated this review to four stars. Graywind has stepped up and supported this product. They sent me a zigbee hub which is able to connect to all of the blinds. They also send me two new motors for the blinds that were not working and a link to a video on how to replace the motors. This was very straight forward. They are all working like they are supposed to now. After working with Graywind customer support, they sent new motors for the two blinds which were not functioning. The Hub and App work pretty well and give you information on the battery charge state of each blind which is unavailable otherwise. It's important to know this for trouble-shooting any problems you have. The integration with Alexa was very seamless with the Graywind App - once connected, Alexa was able to control all five blinds. I haven't bothered trying to use the remote controls as the app works much better. The remote controls and the setup for them is very complicated for what it is, and it's very un-reliable over time. I'm just going to throw my remotes away as they are too frustrating to setup and use. Also the remotes do not give any information on the state of the blinds, if it's connected etc... If you buy these blinds, I would recommend you also get a Zigbee Hub for them - this made setup, troubleshooting and integration with Alexa very easy. OLD Review: Worked good for 3months then they fail to operate. After re-charging they don't work and you they are not able to connect to the remote or the app. I bought 5 of these shades. I'm way beyond disappointed with these. I was able to get 3 of them working after futzing around with them for hours, then a few days later they would not work at all. ( I only was using the remote control for these.) ... show more

One of the best purchases I have made in a long time. Easy to install, looks great, works perfectly. The timing remote is great, just set it up and it takes care of opening and closing on your schedule. Overall very good quality!

the timer keeps resetting itself randomly. broken & malfunctioning, going to have to return it. sucks cause i paid so much for it. need something like this to help my sleep.

I was certainly skeptical at first. This shade is far beyond my expectations and absolutely gorgeous!!! From hideous vertical blinds to a beautiful window that looks doubled in size without the bulky blinds hiding it. I plan to order more!

I cant get the bluetooth to stay linked. Constantly relinking the device. Have tried with and without the hub. Super super frustrating if you want automation.

The blinds arrived with one unit wound the opposite way. The supplier offered solutions, which involved re-programing the remote mechanism or mechanically winding the blind in the opposite direction.
