This is one of the few solar shades I found that would do a custom size. Good quality product for a reasonable amount. This window gets the HOT Texas afternoon sun. The shade has cut the temp in this room by at least 8 degrees. Smooth remote operation. Solar charging panel well worth the price. The customer support was really good. I peppered the seller with LOTS of questions & photos before ordering. They were VERY helpful. The pre-work resulted in a smooth install. The shipping was faster than anticipated. All the parts were included, no glitches. I will update this review after the Texas heat wave is over. At this time, I would recommend this product and seller.

Ordered 2 ceiling mounted 84inch blinds for outside patio to block afternoon sun. Both blinds were received earlier than expected and well packaged. Very easy to install, got both to work together with a single remote and Alexa integration process was well documented and straightforward. Did not purchase solar panel, instead used supplied usb cables with personal 5volt 2.1amp charger for each (old iphone chargers). The 3% Opacity/sun blockage was just right for us, no more squinting on the deck in the afternoon:) I sent the seller 2 questions, both responses received within 24 hours. First was related to the phone app referenced in the installation manual which I could not get to work. It seems the phone app requires a "Graywind Hub" that needs to be purchased separately. The purchased single remote and Alexa was sufficient control so will not be purchasing. I did have an issue with disabling the remote on 1 blind while trying to get the blind to pair with phone app. 2nd email to Graywind resolved this issue quickly. There is a non-documented procedure to pair blind with remote that worked. Below is what worked for us, apparently this is motor specific so if it happens to you and procedure below does not work then email Graywind (they need your Amazon order number to send correct procedure) From Graywind to re-pair remote with blind "1.Reset the motor: Press and hold the reset button on the side of the motor until the motor jogs four times. 2.Connect the motor with the remote: (1) Press and hold the reset button on the motor until the motor jogs once. (2) Choose a channel. (3) Press the P button on the back side of the remote and the motor will jog twice." When placing the order expect an email via Amazon from seller within a day confirming dimensions before completing order. NOTE - this is the only opportunity to change side of blind usb plugs into (motor side) as default is right side and this configuration option is not available when placing initial order online. After pricing locally and with other vendors ended up spending less than half the price on essentially the same blind. Overall happy with purchase, had a couple of issues post install that were quickly resolved by the vendor hence the 5 star rating.

We really like the look of the blinds, when rolled up they look sleek, when down the fabric looks nice with a good level of sheerness. Two of us were able to install without too much trouble, even with some confusion on the directions. Setting up the remote was what we spent the most time on, but both blinds installed, outdoors, using one remote and work well. We chose not to use the guides as we use the blinds for a very limited time and will not be using them when it's windy outside. Saved a lot of money by installing on our own, will use Graywind again, and highly recommend. We did have questions and the customer service was quick to reply and very helpful.

The media could not be loaded. What a great addition to our living room. The shades are installed on the outside and are hidden from view when up. We are super happy with every aspect of this order. Communication was easy, installation straight forward, charging and remote are easy to operate, the materials are great and the shades block the sun but are semi transparent so we can still see the view. We actually had two orders. We ordered two shades to obstruct the evening sun and we loved it so much we ordered 3 more. The one remote operates all 5 together or each individually.

I needed a blind for privacy and looked for outdoors solutions. After receiving 2 quotes from local dealers, I decided to order this product. The price is 80% cheaper!! The shipment was fast and the blind arrived earlier than expected. Installation is easy and the blind works great and connects directly to my echo show. I bought the white 1% openness and it works great for privacy. From outside, you can't see what is going on inside. Customer support are super responsive and helpful! Not only that I highly recommend, I also bought 1 more blind for my patio sliding door.
