The media could not be loaded. I really like these blinds. You need to measure and send them your door size. I didnt want to have the blinds cover part of my door so I ordered wider blinds so that when they are open they land over the wall and not my door so I still have full view. Im so glad I thought to do that. I purchased the ones with the remote although you can also set it up to work with Alexa I just haven't tried that yet. They were easy to install. I would recommend having another person help with putting the blinds on the rail, just makes it easier. There was a little hiccup at first with getting them to work properly but it must have just been me. I contacted Graywind and Ray was super helpful to try and figure out the issue. They were not working right for me and Ray made a video call to see what my issue was and when he did and I tried to show him it never did it so I couldnt show him. It worked perfectly and has been ever since haha. Its kind of funny how that went but im very happy with the customer service Ray gave me and with the quality of these blinds. I would purchase from Graywinds again in a heartbeat. They are quiet to operate too. They are worth the price to me. Sometimes you get what you pay for and this is one of those times I think. I chose the gray room darkening blinds. I love how these blinds are fabric and don't have those cheap slats like some others do. They look and feel high quality. They do darken a room for sure. Not a good pic since it was taken for something else but you get the idea. This blind set was well-packaged with 4-7' sections of uni-strut run along the inside of the long sides of the box to prevent damage. Everything arrived safely in 2 boxes. I ordered the blind to be installed with the motor in front, on the left side with a leftside stack. To mount the motor in front, use the 2nd set of holes on the brackets(4 provided, each with 2-bolt-on sections). When they are in your hand, this will make sense. Instructions are illustrations, few words but the install could not have gone easier, even for someone who doesn't do this kind of stuff well. I HATE anything "wood" related. We don't get along. Plumbing, concrete.....no prob but replacing deck boards causes me angst(lol). This blind set was up in an hour...only b/c I'm so slow and didn't want to damage anything. I mounted the brackets directly above and resting on the casing and bam, snapped the blind rail into place. Well designed wide plate system allows you to actually screw in the screws while holding the bracket! They even provided a separate extension cord getting me to the floor-mounted receptacle! Overall......I ordered this on 12/11 or 12, Afterward, Customer service reached out to confirm and question each part of my order....THANK GOD they did! They saved me from making a mistake AND they even built mine different than what is offered on their listing. They were very accommodating and friendly! it arrived 1 month from my original order date after being fabricated to my specifications, on the other side of the Earth, I'm good with that! Operation "out of the box" is nearly perfect with only the open/close buttons on the remote being backwards. One-Touch open or close. This is some James Bond stuff. When already open with the slats slanted, touching "close" will cause the slats to square up, then the stack will slide till closed then automatically close the slats. Moves quietly and smoothly and the slats don't sway when it's moving!!! Much faster than my wireless window shade b/c it's plug-in and not battery, and it's just as smooth! I really like this blind, the quality of the slats, the operation and even how they designed the install- it was well thought-out and made to be simple. The talented level of PROACTIVE Customer Service added a lot of value as well. FYI- my order was roughly 470 bucks for this blind with the options I selected, not cheap but absolutely worth it!

Pros: Love the blinds. Install was straightforward. Sizing was good. Remote works as it should. Home Assistant support. Durability- time will tell, hopefully parts will be available if and when the time comes. Cons: I tried to use the app scheduler to open and close the blinds but upon closing, it will not automatically rotate the blades close which kinda defeats the purpose. There was no option to rotate blades close using the scheduler, at least not that I could figure out to the point I gave up on trying to make it work. This was not a big deal since I got around this issue using Alexa app instead. I scheduled it on Alexa app to close then "rotate blinds" to 0% or 100% about 20 secs later. Overall I'm happy with the product. I will buy again if the need arise and would recommend. 5 star if the native app would rotate the blinds close automatically, until then 4 stars.

We have 4 3-pane 9-foot sliding glass doors that the center section opens to go in and out. I was VERY leery about spending as much money on these as we did, but nothing else is available of a reasonable quality that is remote controlled and opens as vertical blinds. These are the only vertical blinds on the market that I would consider to order. The version we ordered open and close from the center point, so essentially you have two half-blinds bolted together that close towards the middle. I was concerned about how the center seam would look when closed before I ordered them. They fit together PERFECTLY when closed like it is one big blind. We purchased the khaki color burlap type vertical slats. It is a GREAT neutral color and texture. They block light really well. These are excellent blinds for what we needed! The installation is a little tedious, but not very hard to do. The bracketry is a good sturdy quality. Make sure you measure and mark correctly when ordering and installing, they will email you back to verify what your order is. I would also recommend ordering the sample materials to make your color and texture choice since the names don't exactly define the color you are ordering. The communication with this company is extremely good and they reply very quickly. Thank you Zoe and Cherry!
