I would not recommend this as a subwoofer amplifier. This should be used to run your mids and highs. This isn't a super high end amp it's for a budgeted system and for that it's really great. If you're looking to build a full system all the way from your lows to your highs this will do a great job of pushing the needed power to drive your new mid and high speakers. The amp is easy to install, the connection points are easy to secure and work with so you don't need to worry about cross connections. The amp itself has a nice solid feel to it and they did a nice job with the heat dissipation fins. The last engravings are a nice touch, it's not going to wear off and create a nice contrast to the overall design of the amp. So while it's not the best thing out there it has everything you need at a lower cost that is sufficient for a good budget system. ... show more

I Take it to a professional place to get installed and this thing can't even with a 750 rms alpine subwoofer am really disappointed on my purchase I wish I can get a refund

The power ratings on this are a little questionable. It was easy enough to install, however, it's not a very loud amp by any means. Due to the rating this amp has by the numbers I would expect it to have an output of a couple hundred watts but I doubt this amp actually achieves that. The sound quality is ok, it just doesn't have a ton of power and the unit gets pretty hot. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This well-manufactured car amplifier sufficiently powered some 6x9 truck box speakers and 6" woofers I had in my test lab. This amplifier is designed more for woofers than tweeters and has two channels that can really put some pep into your car stereo system. The unit has various installation options depending on the type of speakers you want to run. The bass boost control knob is a nice feature that allows me to adjust the bass volume for maximum clarity when listening to many different genres of music. An Android car stereo (subwoofer out) provided the amplifier with a nice signal over RCA. After that, my woofers were hooked up (6" and 8") to the Gravity Audio Warzone amplifier. The sound clarity was crisp, and the woofers did not distort even after turning them up to high volumes. The case's heat sink and air vents efficiently cool the unit so it does not overheat. I only had this powered in my lab for a few hours, and it is a decent amplifier. The amplifier isn't competition quality, but it is a great value. ... show more

This got installed in my beater 2000 dodge ram... is a rough and tumble 4x4 that gets mildly drowned from time to time...at least wet floorboards and such... so due to this audio stuff tends to be more ummm... economically priced. That said this sounds pretty good at the volumes I listen to music at and it is clear and clean at those levels. I'm sure I'm no where near the "rated wattage " but I also belive in running things below their rating for longer life. This suits me and my audio needs well, looks and feels like it can do the job.     • Not clean power.
The media could not be loaded. This is a small amp that puts out big power, just not cleanly. It does have a fan in it, which helps keep it cool since it is all jammed into such a small package. The screws for the power wires are not centered in their holes and rub on the side of the hole when you screw them out to put in the wires. The power and ground connectors are barely big enough to fit 4awg wire into. It does have a clip light, which seems to work. At least it came on when the oscilloscope showed bad clipping. The video was taken playing a 50hz test tone. I set the gain just below bad clipping. That is just over 1900 watts. You can see in the video, it is not a clean sine wave. The peaks are jagged and jump around a lot. It didn't matter how much I turned down the gain, it never cleared up. I even tried turning down the head unit (which had already been tested and was playing a clean sine wave), but could never get a clean sine wave out of this amp. It works. It puts out a lot of power. I would not push a sub hard with this amp. You would be asking for trouble. ... show more

This is a review of the Gravity Audio E1500.1D Warzone 1500W True RMS Car Amplifier Class D Amp 1/2/4 Ohm Stable with Remote Sub Control with 1 Year Full Replacement Warranty Bundle. This is probably the worse amp I have ever tried to install. Sure, installing it was easy but the sound is not even close to even being acceptable. This may be an amp for factory speakers because it is not made to handle anything that is meant to bump. It straight up sounds like mud, and it has some sort of feedback going on as well; even with the car turned off. I would, if you have it in your budget, find another company to try because this hasn’t tried at all with their engineering. ... show more

This is an OK amp, if you're just trying to get a little bass on a small system for cheap, this wouldn't be a bad option. But the amp doesn't have good sound quality, and I honestly believe it isn't 1500w RMS, and even if it is there's too much distortion, and clipping. For the price it's not bad, but quality wise, it's no good! I'd have to give this amp 3-1/2 stars, and probably wouldn't recommend, unless on sale, and for small, low powered subs. ... show more
