Using a Class D power plant and FIT (Failsafe Integration Technology) for superior dependability, this amp features a variable bass boost with KickEQ, giving you as much as a 12dB of extra bump with a simple turn of the optional CXRC Remote Bass Controller. A powerful 12dB crossover and 24dB subsonic filter is included, letting you quickly tune your system to perfection. Use the full range outputs to expand your system with other bass amps, or a full range amp to complete your system. This CX amplifier delivers as much as 1800 watts into one channel. This amp is more impressive than I imagined. It says 1800 watts but I have it pushing 2 kicker 12" q-class solo baric subs at just over half gain with ease. Each sub is 900 watts rms and this amp feeds them alllll they need with ease! For $399 you can't beat it!!

It makes my 2 L7 15s hit. But my advice is if you run this amp with the setup make sure you have the big 3 upgrade. Lol. Well worth the purchase.

The amp isn’t huge but packs a lot of power! This allows for clean back of the seat mounting. Great value!

    • Great amp... Just finicky with input power.
Its a great amp, outputs rated power and not terribly large foot print. In typical kicker fashion the bass nob isn't included and can be purchased for an added cost. One thing though, unlike other amps I've had which will continue to operate at diminished voltage, granted at lower output, this amp is particularly finicky when you start grazing 12.5 volt mark. It'll go into protect mode and turn back on when voltage reaches close to or above 13 volts. So I would recommend making sure you have the Big 3 wire upgrades done and possibly a power cell, aux battery or cap bank rated above the power output of your set up to keep the amp from cutting out and lessen the blow to your electrical system. ... show more

Running my sundown 2000 watt 12 with ease! But beware like the other reviews say it will cut out if it goes below 12 volts! I have a second battery, big 3 upgrade and aftermarket alternator to make sure it does not drop.
