Description

Hoosier Hill Farms sweeteners bring pure flavor to treats for any occasion. Add the goodness of pure honey to baked goods, frostings, and fillings with Honey Granules and Honey Powder. Swap granulated sugar for Allulose for an alternative sweetener that tastes great while lowering calories. For the Honey Buttercream Frosting: 1: Preheat the oven to 350F, line a muffin tin with baking cups. 2: Using a stand mixer, cream together butter and sugar on medium-high speed. Add in the eggs and mix until combined. 3: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, whole milk powder, and honey crystals. 4: In a smaller bowl, combine water, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla. 5: Add half the flour mixture to the butter and sugar, until combined. Next, add in the lemon juice mixture, followed by the remaining flour mixture.
