If you like buckwheat and I do, you will love this. Dark and strong but not overly strong it brings a wonderful flavor to you.

Buckwheat honey is the best and highest b vitamins on the market. Taste is a Little bit stronger but you will get used to it it is one of the healthiest ones I love it with peanut butter and even in my tea

Buckwheat honey is very different from other honeys-it has a molasses flavor that has to be considered with how you use it. It is incredible in coffee and oatmeal- but awful(to me) in tea or other uses. It makes an incredible cup of coffee with some form of milk and butter. Seriously amazing.
