Honest Raw Honey is simply delicious because it contains only pure, raw honey from our own American hives. We ensure our honey is free of chemicals, antibiotics, and everything else you don't want in your food. Completely uncooked and unfiltered, it contains all natural goodness such as enzymes, amino acids, and pollen to make it a true health honey. Unlike many best- selling raw honey products, we can ensure the integrity of our raw honey because we own our hives, and do not import. Our honey is produced exclusively in the United States. The texture is creamy, but naturally fluctuates based on temperature. Cooler temperatures will help the honey solidify, while warmer ones will cause it to liquefy a bit more. Creamy, truly raw honey often will have bits of wax, propolis, and honey foam visible at the top and throughout the jar. A bit of separation is completely natural, so simply stir and enjoy! First I have to say I'm a honey collector. I have Honey from all over the world and am constantly looking for Honey to add to my collection. I do use it though so it doesn't sit on a shelf collecting dust. When I saw this Honey on Amazon I immediately ordered a 22 ounce jar. It arrived quickly VIA UPS and was intact in a box wrapped in heavy bubble wrap. Now that is the way to protect a jar of Honey! Kudo's to Desert Creek, the small business here on Amazon that I purchased it from which also shipped it! The Honey is thick and has a cream like consistency at 67F. This is the temperature I store my Honey. As it warms it becomes more pliable and flows easier but is still thick which is what I prefer. The taste is so amazing I don't know how to explain it well. It's flowery and sweet but not too sweet and smells so good. Nothing negative about this Honey! If you are looking for a high quality raw honey that won't break the Bank then I highly suggest you try this! The Honey does come in a plastic container which some may not like but it is sturdy and thick to protect it. I do not know if it's BPA free but I think it is. I think most foods these days are in BPA free or non toxic plastic containers. From their website I want to quote this: "HONEST RAW HONEY DOES NOT CONTAIN: Antibiotics, chemicals, additives, herbicides, pesticides, imported honey, and everything else that shouldn't be in your food." It's raw, not adjusted in any way from hive to jar. Check it out. Can't link it but the website is the same name as the Honey so it's easy to find. Overall atm this is my number One Honey and I have over 70 different Honey's in my home. Try a tablespoon of it right out of the jar when you get it. I eat it right out of the jar and use it in my Tea and Coffee. Right now it's not shipped by Amazon so it should get to you intact. Bottom line: Try it! I hesitasted to buy a food product htat I did not know online, but am delighted with it. It is not sickeningly sweet life some honeys, but has a fully nuanced taste and and delightful "parfum" odor. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Creamy and delicious. Almost like a creamed honey but it’s not dehydrated like the YSO. Plus it’s all USA 🇺🇸 Came with a free gluten free pancake mix! Will order again. Will be sending to friends and family as well!
