I absolutely love these honey sticks. I bought them because I have an irritated throat and slight cough due to allergies. I was using honey in a jar with a spoon. Sticky and not at all convenient for me. I needed something that I could take with me and use at any time. I carry them in my purse and am able to use them anywhere I go. Simply squeeze the top of stew sideways and it will open. Either suck the honey out or push it out by squeezing straw and moving finger upwards towards mouth. So easy and convenient. You can also use these on the go to add to drink or in or on any foods you eat. Hey, you can even drizzle over fries if ya want. Honey is healthy and tastes so good! I like these. I got 3 flavors and they all say they’re honey from the USA, and flavored with food grade essential oils. Nothing else and their facility is gluten free, nut free, and have no food colorings.

These are super easy to open, so portable, and delicious! I love being able to keep a few in my bag and car to add to my tea on the go. My daughter loves just eating them and we both agree that the vanilla flavor is the best! I also love that there is no dye added to the honey (the color you see is just the color of the stick). I should have read the information better. The sticks do work well. Great flavor. Yet, I thought they would melt in the tea. I did investigate how to use the sticks though b4 I actually tried one. 😅 No plastic for me.
