Updated review- seller helped replace cushion
Size: 7 Pieces
Color: Black Rectangular Table
Update: the seller contacted me and replaced the entire chair. They couldn’t ship the top cushion but replaced a chair. I’m happy they reached out to me. The item is nice for the cost. The biggest issue I have is that we lost a top cushion within a week. This is because there is no way to secure it. We contacted customer service to buy a replacement and they said they could not replace it. So now we have one less top cushion and no way to fix it unless we change all the cushions out.

Patio set
Size: 5 Pieces
Color: Black Square Table
Love this sturdy and attractive set. Much nicer than I thought it would be. Takes some time to put all the piece’s together, but worth it!

Solid furniture, terrible assembly instructions
Size: 5 Pieces
Color: Black Square Table
I would love to give this company a 5 star review and if I were just reviewing the quality of the furniture, I might be giving it a 5. The shipping package was very good as the box it came in was a disaster from the shipper but the furniture was undamaged. The real problem I have is the total disregard for the assembly. From the not well thought out packaging of the hardware, to the totally useless instructions. The instructions might as well say “good luck figuring the first one out but be assured once you do the rest are easy”. It must have taken me 45 minutes for the first one and the rest about 10 minutes each. This might seem petty, but solid company’s with customers satisfaction in mind would do better at this.

Not what is advertised
Size: 9 Pieces
Color: Black Rectangular Table
Cushions are BROWN - not Gray. The table is not wood faux and is 100% black. Eight chairs will NOT fit under the table when extended.

Examine shipping cartons carefully!
Size: 7 Pieces
Color: Black Rectangular Table
This heavy steel table arrived separately and weeks later from the 2 shipments of chairs, and the shipping carton was torn in several places. When we finally assembled the table, we noticed the damage as reflected in the attached photo. We wrote to Grand Patio advising them of this damage issue, with full explanation and photos, and, after going back and forth a few times, and our not wanting to return the entire set, GP offered us monetary compensation for the damage and inconvenience. All in all, they did step up and take responsibility for the damage the “shipper” caused, and were most pleasant to deal with in the email forum. We are waiting to hear back from GP with respect to how we may lessen or eliminate the dent/lump in the tabletop.
