I recently began P/T for a torn meniscus in my knee. The physical therapist uses a strap like this for stretching and told me that I could purchase one on Amazon to use at home when I do my home exercises. This is a great product, and I think ANY person who stretches should have it, and everyone should stretch. BTW, when I ordered it, I read the reviews and amazingly, some people gave it ONE STAR because "it isn't stretchy at all." !!!!!!!! Do people NOT read, or do they LACK reading comprehension? IT ISN"T ELASTIC!. It is not MEANT to be stretchy--it is used to stretch your muscles! ... show more
