Flexibility instructor - these are a favorite
Color: Grey | Green
I teach a flexibility for aerialists class, and have a variety of straps for students. This was my personal one, mixed in with the others, and was quickly a favorite. I bought a second, and will slowly purchase more. They are expensive but worth the investment. I've had my original I've had for nearly a decade, and it doesn't show it's age at all.

Buy it!
Color: Grey | Green
My gradient yoga fitness strap arrived today. I can’t praise it enough. I’m a fit 72 year old man struggling with sciatic pain. I went through the demonstrated stretches. Wow. What a difference it makes. This strap allows you to do stretches you would not otherwise be able to do on your own . I highly recommend it. For under 20 dollars. You can’t lose.

You NEED this
Color: Grey | Green
I recently began P/T for a torn meniscus in my knee. The physical therapist uses a strap like this for stretching and told me that I could purchase one on Amazon to use at home when I do my home exercises. This is a great product, and I think ANY person who stretches should have it, and everyone should stretch. BTW, when I ordered it, I read the reviews and amazingly, some people gave it ONE STAR because "it isn't stretchy at all." !!!!!!!! Do people NOT read, or do they LACK reading comprehension? IT ISN"T ELASTIC!. It is not MEANT to be stretchy--it is used to stretch your muscles!
