This car seat is great! My little man turned a year old and he was just too big for the carrier car seat he was in. I love the reclining feature as it makes it easier to adjust to where he’s comfortable and safe! It was really easy to set up (well, easier than other car seats I’ve battled with in the past lol). I didn’t get to use the little cushions as he’s already too big but they do seem perfect to keep smaller babies snug. It’s a great car seat and the only “complaint” I may have is the cup holders constantly getting pulled off by the little guy. But other than that, I really like the seat! Fits well in a small cab truck, easy to install and easy to wash. Base adjusts from rear facing to front facing to booster (the numbers on the side make it easy to adjust). You’ll have this seat for a while! And the price was great compared to other seats with equivalent ratings.

Install was super easy, I think just about anyone could properly install this car seat without any issues.     • Great Quality, But Recline Angle Didn’t Work for Us
Giving this Graco TriRide Reclining Car Seat 4 stars because it’s clearly a strong, well-made seat—it just wasn’t the right fit for us. I bought it for my 15-month-old, and while I love Graco’s safety and quality, I didn’t realize just how reclined this particular model would be. My son prefers sitting more upright, and unfortunately, he looked uncomfortable and kept trying to lean forward. After a few rides of fussing, we ended up returning it. If you have a younger baby who still enjoys reclining, this might be perfect. But for toddlers who want to sit up and see everything, just keep in mind that this seat stays more reclined than most. Not a bad product at all—just not the right fit for our needs. ... show more

Excellent, but realize that the money-saving convertibility involves a lot of sometimes-tricky steps to convert it. (Oh, and that handy little slot for the booklet that contains those conversion instructions: After the book fell out 5 times, I ended up taping it in with painters tape.)

Good options to ensure a snug fit in the vehicle. Leveling indicator to help you know proper positioning , straps are easy to tighten/loosen Adjustable back works great, really helps to lower it when the kid is not in it to help with passenger side ( blind spot ) visibility.
