I'm 5'1, 115pounds, with a large chest, I ordered the small-- fits like a glove around my waist, chest and shoulders. The sleeves could be a little longer, but I have long arms and it only rides up when I lift my arms excessively. The flare of fabric is flattering on the hips, the length is perfect reaching down to just above the knees, just a lot of fabric folds kinda overwhelm a small figure. I'm upset that I'll be returning this coat. For reference, I am 5ft1 111 pounds, petite frame. This is the size small. It appears to be good quality workmanship, but I feel like I'm swimming in it. In these pics the sleeves are turned under by over an inch, the shoulders look baggy and the length is too long. I look like I borrowed a cute coat out of mommy's closet. Keep in mind, the waist is pretty fitted and non adjustable because there is a snap on the inside that closes the coat up. It would be awesome if those coats came in a petite option, but I'll keep dreaming. It's unfortunate because there are so many colors to choose from and it's so feminine and has a nice vintage vibe. I would have to do some alterations, and i don't think it would be worth it for what I paid. I hope this review helps someone. ... show more

    • Really nice coat, but don't remove the fur
I loved the fact that you can have 2 looks with this, that's until I got it and removed the fur. The buttons are clear and really stand out, looks bad. So fur has to stay on or all you see is a bunch or clear buttons. Might have been better if the buttons were the same color as the coat.

    • Beautiful but not long enough in the torso
The coat was absolutely beautiful and arrived packaged nicely. Putting it in it has a FULL circle skirt so it really has that A line shape and super pretty look. After reading lots of reviews about sizing and following the size chart it still did not fit my body well. It buttoned and fit in the shoulders and waist well, but it seemed like the torso part was too short. This made the skirt part sit higher on my hips and looked super unflattering. I have a large bust (34G) and hourglass figure so I was hoping this coat would flatter but I think it just won’t work for me sadly, and returned it. Smaller busted people would probably have better luck. Return was fast and easy and the overall quality of the coat was great. ... show more

Usually I wear size L, but the coat was a bit tight in the arms. I need to be able to wear sweaters underneath, so I went up a size. It fit much better and allows me to wear thick sweaters underneath. Of course the waist is a too big, but with the design it is no problem. Wrap it a bit tighter and use the belt. The belt is extremely long. A con for the coat is getting the wrinkles from the shipping out, took me forever. Have not dry cleaned it yet, will update with the results. Don’t plan to wear this coat straight out of the package it comes with a bad smell I let it air out a day of two… it is super cute I ordered two colors. There is no stretch at all and the material feels like felt a little scratchy but still cute, warm and comfy
