I have been using the Wanwaytech S20 Pro tracker for a few months now and I absolutely love it. I did have an issue with it going offline for a few days shortly after activating it, but when I was working with customer support to resolve the issue, it came back online and has worked just fine ever since. I previously used an older model tracker from this same company, and after my car was stolen and the tracker was the only reason I was able to recover my car, I decided to get a second tracker and upgraded the new one to this newer model that came out based on the recommendation from a support team member. I use both trackers in my car (I am super paranoid now about my car being stolen again) and they both work great. This S20 Pro does have a considerably longer battery life compared to the older model. I have the subscription that updates every 10 seconds, so I am getting about a 6-8 week battery life before having to charge again, which I am happy with. It would last longer with one of the lesser update options, but I prefer the live updates every 10 seconds. The battery on older model only lasts about a couple weeks, and I feel like I am always having to charge it, so getting 6-8 weeks on this one is great! The tracker also has a very strong magnet, which makes it easy to attach to several locations within your vehicle. GPS signal seems to remain pretty strong, even in different locations within my car trunk. The Tracker One app is very easy to use and I like that I can see the 10 second live updates in real time in the app. It also gives a lot of good data within the app. I can track both of my device trackers at the same time within the app and can set each device up with different device names and choose different icons for each, if I want them to be different. You do have to have separate subscriptions for every tracker, but being able to view them at the same time and in one place is super convenient! The app also shows the battery life of each tracker, which might seem small, but is also super convenient and helpful! GPS and location always seems to be very accurate. Sometimes I'll notice the location being slightly off, but then it eventually refreshes and is back to being accurate. I see a lot of reviews complaining about the subscription prices, but I think they are fairly affordable. They always seem to have discounts for purchasing subscriptions, so I have been able to get 6-month subscriptions for less than $60...so around $10 a month! I find this affordable for myself and I am so happy with the trackers and rely on them so much, that I have two trackers in my car and have subscriptions for both of them, so I do consider them to be affordable. If you have issues with your device and/or subscription, you do have to go through WhatsApp to contact customer service. I will be honest and say that this can be extremely frustrating trying to contact and communicate with them. I had a lot of frustrating moments when I had issues with the older model device and I became a person no one wants to become or to deal with when I was dealing with Customer Service. It was terrible and mostly all around unhelpful. I was eventually connected to a direct contact in Customer Support and they were amazing to work with and have been equally amazing ever since. I contact them directly now if I need something and they are always quick to respond and help. Don't give up if you get frustrated and need help. Keep at it and once you get your issue resolved, this device is absolutely worth the hassle! (Even if you don't think it is at the time!) I hope my car doesn't ever get stolen again, but if it does, I feel a little more comfortable that I'll get it back having these trackers in my car!

Very pleased with this product and the customer service I have received with it. The device is very affordable, it works as described, it truly is magnetic. This device does require a subscription in order to utilize the service. Service is fantastic, Customer service representative has gone above and beyond to help with the product. I highly recommend this device as well as the subscription. Very satisfied, will use this again, again.

Disappointed. Offline for past 3 days. No clear way to resolve a so needed this to workike the ones I have used in the past. It looks solid, seems awesome until it wasn't. First week was. Fail after a couple of successful days

The media could not be loaded. I have used these trackers for the past several months and they work very well. They have good deals when you buy subscriptions for longer than six months.. I finally upgraded to the S2 pro for longer battery life. Anytime there’s a service issue you can contact Support and they can help you get back online.
