How long does the device take to recognise my pet is outside a geofence? The time it takes to notify the exit from Geofence depends on the pet's activity level and distance from the area. There is a margin of error because of the GPS accuracy. We estimate is a 10 minute delay leaving and notification. What do I do if the device doesn't have GPS (satellite) coverage? Device uses GPS satellite to locate your pet. Sky visibility is needed to ensure coverage. Indoor places or under objects (like under a car) could shield the satellite location. Try later. What do I do if the device doesn't connect to a cellular network? The device uses AT&T cellular network. If coverage is low it could take more time to connect and will appear offline on the App. Device will connect again as soon as coverage will increase.Try resetting the device and consult our manual.
