We put this in our travel trailer. I bought this because we have a history of getting a leak under the (kitchen) sink if the water pressure is too high. It detected a leak and the alarm sounded. It only a couple of drops of water on it. We wouldn't have know there was a leak if not for this alarm and the leak would have continued for quite some time before we would have realized it. Can't recommend this enough!

the hub is horribly difficult to configure - had to break out an old 2.4GHz only hub, it wouldn't talk to my 2.4/5 ghz wifi no matter what, but once I got through the setup and config, these have not had any issues, and have detected a couple small leaks and alerted me. I am afraid to try to change anything in my wifi that would require a re-config though

I purchased this w hub and 3 sensors. Was relatively easy to set up and performed as advertised during testing. So I decided to get more to place everywhere that could develop a leak( bathrooms,kitchen,hot water heater etc) . The company states 1 hub can accommodate 10 sensors,so I purchased 7 more sensors. The 1st 5 synced up fine but the last two would not despite numerous attempts. I assumed they could be defective.I contacted the company and they simple said as a courtesy they were willing to give me a 20% refund ,that’s correct an entire 20% ,really! No mention at all about their claims of number of sensors per hub. I simple returned them to Amazon for a full refund as I was in my 30 days ( thank you Amazon for keeping bad companies accountable) Bottom line sensors do what they should ( at least during testing) but forget any company support based on my experience.

I don't know about tech support or battery life because I just received them. What I do know is that they work. The day I received them I placed them where a water leak would be most common. When I got up the next morning I could here one beeping. A leak where I had never had one before. They are worth the cost which is pretty reasonable. My only complaint is that they are not very loud. I have them set for maximum volume and didn't hear it until I was about 15 feet away. That was through a wall but still not very loud for what it is for. But all in all they work!

This just saved me a TON of money and trouble. Without this I wouldn't have known the hot water heater developed a leak. So much would've been ruined. I walked over and turned off the heater, water and gas. Next day plumber replaced the hot water heater. Wasnt cheap BUT nothing was destroyed
