As someone who is always worried about water damage in my home, I was excited to try out the Govee Water Detectors. These wireless sensors are designed to alert you of any leaks or drips, helping you to prevent costly repairs. Pro: One of the things I love about these detectors is how easy they are to use. There's no wiring or setup required, and the mini size means you can put them anywhere you think a leak might happen. I also appreciate that they have an adjustable alarm audio - you can set it to be as loud or as quiet as you want. The low battery alert is a nice feature too - it helps you to know when it's time to replace the batteries. And with an IP66 waterproof rating, these detectors are built to withstand high moisture environments. Con: One small con I will mention is that the front probes for pipe dripping only work when paired with the gateway of the water detector, not the gateway of the hygrometer. This isn't a deal breaker for me, but it's worth noting. Overall, I'm really happy with the Govee Water Detectors. They're an easy and reliable way to keep your home safe from leaks and drips, and I appreciate the added convenience of being able to monitor them on my phone. I bought these after I got tired of cleaning up spilled water from my reverse osmosis. If you have one of these connected to your water system then you know how good it is. So, sometimes I fill up a gallon pitcher because it runs slower than tap water and I’ll work on something else for a minute while it fills. So many times it has run over majorly!!! Argh 😖. I get distracted and the next thing I know, I’ve got water running all over the floor. Then I have to make a mad dash for towels. I got thinking there must be something to alert me so I started looking and Bam, these showed up. I ordered them got them the next day and they were super easy to set up. They work beautiful and have several times. Now I only have a tiny bit of water when I make a mess. Never has it failed. You get two so I put one downstairs by the sump. I purchased this w hub and 3 sensors. Was relatively easy to set up and performed as advertised during testing. So I decided to get more to place everywhere that could develop a leak( bathrooms,kitchen,hot water heater etc) . The company states 1 hub can accommodate 10 sensors,so I purchased 7 more sensors. The 1st 5 synced up fine but the last two would not despite numerous attempts. I assumed they could be defective.I contacted the company and they simple said as a courtesy they were willing to give me a 20% refund ,that’s correct an entire 20% ,really! No mention at all about their claims of number of sensors per hub. I simple returned them to Amazon for a full refund as I was in my 30 days ( thank you Amazon for keeping bad companies accountable) Bottom line sensors do what they should ( at least during testing) but forget any company support based on my experience. ... show more

We had a small water leak at are water softener and this alarm went off scared both of us. Without this product it would have been a lot worse. Best $13 I ever spent.
