    • Awesome! But CANNOT connect additional strands

I love all govee products and when I saw this new design, i immediately purchased 2 sets for our backyard. The lights themselves work great and are beautiful and easy to setup and control through the app. However, you CANNOT connect 2 light strands together in series. No where does it mention this and even in the ad video, it shows multiple lights connected to each other. If 48’ is long enough for you, again, these lights are amazing and highly recommend. If you need longer than 48’, I advise you to purchase another set of lights that you can connect in series or purchase a longer strand. Unfortunately, these appear to only be offered in one length. The ends do have an option to connect another strand so hopefully there’s an update in the future that will allow for more to be connected. ... show more

If you want one strand: Easy to install and connect to app, which has great functionality, is easy to use, and lots of preset options. Great look, quality, and brightness. If you want 2 or more strands: Connection can't be done, the second strand won't work. Nowhere in the product listing is this mentioned. Each string needs its own power source.
