    • Expensive, but very cool.
Installation was easy enough, using the provided app. The wiring schematic is more complicated than you'd expect, but if you take your time and follow the instruction closely, you'll figure it out. I went with an inverted pyramid pattern and it is quite the site. Others had commented on the poor adhesion, but mine has been up for about a month, and it shows no sign of falling off. For reference, mine is installed in the basement, on a flat wall with no added texture, but is pretty rough. I do wish the cord from the design to the button were longer, as the button will dangle in the air if your design is more then 2ft off the ground, unless you set it on a desk or shelf. The app control works great, and there are quite a few designs to choose from. The price is pretty steep for what you get, but on a sale, I can say the value is closer to being there. I got it for $30 off; $169.99. I had rewards points, so I went for it. If I were paying outright, I would be less likely to purchase at this price point. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Bright and beautiful, i saw everyone’s reviews about the mounting issues so used Lancord doubled siding mounting tape (see image) for my textured drywall. Highly recommend. It was a bit challenging to install the pattern as the app has you connect them all before putting it on the wall, so i just made notes and disassembled again before mounting each one. These are so awesome. Not only do they look 3D but the lighting effects are so cool. Love that it works with Google mini and that it can be customized to your liking. I do recommend getting some heavy duty double sided tape and using that instead. The miunting stickers for me were not sticky enough. My son loves his room and loves these lights. I also bought the light bar and the Y lights .. he couldn't ask for a better spot of his own. ... show more
