I wasn’t sure if I’d actually keep this Gourmia 7 Qt Stand Mixer on the counter, but it ended up fitting perfectly in my kitchen setup and I’ve already used it several times in the first week. It’s sturdy, powerful, and surprisingly quiet for something this size. I’ve made bread with it a few times and it handles dough really well. the hook doesn’t struggle or bounce around like cheaper mixers. The bowl shield is a smart addition too. It kept the flour from flying out when I added ingredients while mixing. Cleanup has been super simple everything detaches easily and wipes clean, no scrubbing necessary. And the mixer actually looks great sleek enough to leave out all the time without making the counter feel cluttered.
