I purchased this scooter for my granddaughter’s birthday that’s coming up soon. It was easy to assemble- only two parts. The Allen wrench is included as well as two extra screws. After charging, I tried it out to make sure it’s working. The platform and wheels light up and after a couple of pushes, the electric motor kicks in. The product is not adjustable as ad states. The power button is glitchy and must be pressed multiple time to turn on or off. The charging port falls out of the unit at first charge, was hot glued attached. Rear wheels bolts were not tightened and unit never operated. The only thing that does work is the LED lights in the deck. Product is cheaply assembled, poorly designed, and if had worked as advertised would probably only work for a short time.
