My toddler loves this scooter! Be aware that you cannot lock the handle in a fully "down" position - it has to be at least one "notch" up, so if you have a shorter child this may be a problem. It does NOT fold - you have to take the two pieces apart which is a bit of a hassle, but we mostly just leave it together. The wheels light up when they go fast enough.
