This electric scooter is perfect for my god child. I already have the gotrax adult scooter and she wants to ride it all the time but its too fast for her. She has a regular kick scooter so she was excited to get this electric scooter and we can now ride around the neighborhood with our electric scooters. It was really easy and quick to put together that you don’t even need the instructions to set it up. It charges quickly and rides smoothly and its safe for kids. The design on scooter and quality is great.

The media could not be loaded. So far so good bought for my 9 year old! She's not super outdoorsy but loves to ride this! Took her about 40 minutes to understand how to get it going, I like to let her problem solve and read instructions!!!!!! Didn't take too long. She got it quickly!!!!! Once she got it..... that was it! She loves it! I do have to remind her about her kickstand, I don't want it to break...She loves it though, I love that it gets her off her phone!!!!!! Only down for us has been that I have to pick it up and take it down stairs, only because it's very well made evident by the weight of it!!!!!!

This little GOTRAX scooter is awesome! Super easy to put together and really solid for a kids’ scooter. My child rides it all around the house and outside — smooth wheels, easy to steer, and it looks really cool too. The handle adjusts perfectly for height, and it folds up fast when we need to put it in the car. It’s light enough for my kid to carry but strong enough to feel safe. The media could not be loaded. I recently got this scooter for my child, and it has been a great buy! Assembly was super simple—it only took about 5–8 minutes and 6 nuts in total to put everything together. The instructions were clear, and the scooter was ready to ride in no time. The battery lasts quite a while, giving about 3.75 miles of ride time before needing a recharge. My kid loves that it’s quick but still safe, starting slow and gradually picking up speed up to 7.5 mph. The electronic brake and rear foot brake make me feel secure knowing there’s extra safety built in. It’s lightweight, easy for kids to handle, and feels sturdy. Certified for safety, which gives me peace of mind. Definitely makes an awesome gift and a fun way for kids to spend time outdoors. Highly recommend!

Buyer beware. I purchased three scooters from this seller. All the same model for my three kids, all three in the SAME month. Scooters all worked fine for a little while, kids were happy. That did not last though. One of them, the batter would not hold a charge for more than a minute. When I took it apart, I noticed the battery shipped with the scooter was manufactured 2.5 YEARS before I ordered the scooter. So, I immediately looked at the other two scooters and they both had batteries that were manufactured only a couple months before my order date. I contacted the company and explained all of this to their representative, only to be met with the message, "sorry, the warranty expired and you can purchase a new battery for $50." I followed up multiple times with the questions surrounding the manufacture date of the bad battery and their only response was, "sorry, your warranty is up. It has exceeded the warranty period and we're not going to send you a free battery." Obviously, absolutely terrible customer service and just bad business in general to not recognize and correct a clear mistake on their part.
