This electoral scooter is awesome! My kids really enjoy this scooter. They ride it all the time until it runs out of battery. The charging time takes a bit of time, but it’s still worth it. The battery life is pretty long. We when for a bike ride and it kept up. We when for around 3 miles and that wasted all the battery. Putting the scooter together was pretty easy. I probably only had to screw in 2-3 screws but that was it. Getting the scooter to move was also fairly easy. At first it was kind of confusing but after I got the jest of it. I have to step on the front button with my foot. Then start moving the scooter like a regular scooter. After that I have to put my other foot on the other button. Then it starts to speed up. The speed is also pretty fast. My 10 year old boy liked it because it was the right speed for him but my 15 year old did liked it that much because it was not fast enough for him. Bought for my 7 year old because her sister loves her big scooter. This scooter itself is good but the battery life is terrible. Debating on sending it back so I can find something with better battery life. Not even 2 days in and half way through riding hers is dead. I was contacted by customer service and they replaced the scooter and looks like we have received a faulty scooter initially. My daughter loves this scooter. The scooter stopped working maybe 3 months after having it. I contacted the after sales service team for troubleshooting issues. They sent a replacement that didn’t work and I let them know and they immediately sent me another item to replace which fixed the issue. I am very impressed at the service I received and the very quick response / shipping. Lydia helped me through the whole thing and it was a pleasure emailing her. I recently purchased the Gotrax GKS Mini Electric Scooter, and my experience has been a bit of a mix—but it ended on a positive note. The original scooter I received unfortunately did not work at all. It wouldn’t charge or power on, which was really disappointing, especially since it was meant to be a fun purchase. However, I reached out to customer support, and that’s where things turned around. Bay from the support team was very responsive, polite, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. They quickly arranged for a replacement scooter to be sent out, and kept in touch to make sure everything was handled properly. The replacement scooter arrived and has been working well so far—no issues with charging or performance, and it’s been a great experience using it. While it was frustrating to receive a defective unit initially, I really appreciate how efficiently the issue was resolved. Bay provided excellent customer service and made sure the situation was taken care of, which definitely improved my overall impression of the brand. Got this for our son and he loves riding it. He really likes the black color and how cool it looks. The size is perfect for him and he can likely use it for a couple years. We really like the quality of Gotrax. It goes at a max speed of 7.5 miles which is plenty fast for his age. Took some time to assemble, but it wasn't hard. Instructions were easy to follow and had clear assembly pictures. Charged up nicely and holds power for a decent amount of time. ... show more

    • Defective Scooter & Unacceptable Support Experience
Do not expect good customer service from this management team. After owning the scooter for only a couple of months, it completely stopped working. Over the next year and a half, they sent approximately four different replacement parts, yet the scooter still never worked properly. Despite multiple emails and repeated requests for a manager to contact me, I never received a single callback. I followed every instruction they gave me, called numerous times, and remained patient far longer than most customers would. The warranty manager, Elaina, refused to answer many of my questions and instead focused on telling me I was “speaking poorly” because I expressed frustration over the situation. After dealing with defective parts and unresolved issues for over a year, I believe my frustration was completely justified. Now that the warranty has expired, their solution is for me to spend nearly half the price of a new scooter just for them to attempt to repair it. Poor management leads to poor customer service. A manufacturing company should know how to respectfully assist frustrated customers, especially after dragging out unresolved issues for well over a year. ... show more
