I’ve been using this Gotrax electric scooter for about a week now, mostly for recreational rides and a quick trip to a local store. So far, I’m really impressed. The ride quality is super smooth—the 10" solid tires handle bumps and dips really well, and the suspension gives it a solid, stable feel even over grass (my niece took it for a spin across the lawn, and it didn’t miss a beat). The build quality is excellent—you can tell it’s made to last, though it is on the heavier side, which actually adds to that feeling of durability. As for performance, it’s handled inclines with no issue and gets up to speed quickly. I’ve hit around 18 mph, and it still had more to give. I’ve gone about 14 miles so far and still had 65% battery left, which is awesome for peace of mind on longer rides. No noticeable drop in battery performance so far either. The electric lock is a nice touch for security, though unlocking it every time can be a little tedious—especially with the default code setup that requires spinning through all the digits. That said, I plan to change it to something easier for convenience. My only real wishlist item would be a mobile app—something to track mileage, battery levels, or ride history would be a great addition. But that’s definitely not a deal-breaker. All in all, this scooter has exceeded my expectations. It’s powerful, well-built, and smooth to ride. I can't say enough how much we love our Gotrax Electric Scooter. This is our second one and, this scooter has truly exceeded my expectations. It's sleek and eye catching and provides a much smoother ride than another brand we got before. The sturdy frame ensures durability, and the folding mechanism makes it super convenient for carrying and storing, even in tight spaces. Plus, the double anti-theft lock gives me peace of mind when my nephew who I got it for has to leave it unattended on campus when he goes into a class. So far the performance is smooth and comfortable for him and he has had no issues navigating his ride from his apartment to all of his classes. It's got a great range so he doesn't have to charge it daily and the power is phenomenal. He's not a small boy at 220 lbs and 6'1". It had some real get up and go! Will absolutely buy another when needed but this one will last him through college and likely beyond! ... show more

Was looking for a scooter that can hold my weight as I’ve noticed ones In The past when me and my kids go up hills I can’t keep up with them but after getting this eclipse model it has handled my 210 lbs well . Scooter was easy to put together right out of the box installing the handle bar and a couple of screws to mount it . Make sure you charge it up the first time before you use it . This model also I noticed the space where you put your feet seems Alittle wider than other models as if you have big feet you really don’t have that much room on others . Also has a combo number password as I like that my kids just can’t grab mine and take off with it . Having the airless tires is also great not having to carry a bag of tools just in case of a flat . Overall I have to say I’ve been pretty impressed with this model scooter ... show more

I bought this scooter so I could get more active and get outside. As a senior citizen this was a great choice. (My first ever scooter) This scooter has a nice wide platform for my feet and is really easy to ride on. Easy to put together and set the security code to stop theft. I like that it locks up if you don’t know the code. The digital screen is nice and big for easy reading. Having front and back breaks made stopping really controlled. It charges quit quickly and was ready to go the next time I road. The pictures I took are after riding it a while so it looks like it’s dirty. It does fold up really easy to put it away. I am loving this scooter so far Ive tried a few different brands of scooters out and this one definitely feels like a next step from some of the other ones ive bought from popular brands in the same price range. Its got good speed, good suspension, the brake light and headlight are bright and easy to see. The underglow light is a nice touch and besides all of that i feel COMFORTABLE while riding. So this is my 2nd GoTrax scooter. We wanted a 2nd one so we could go riding together. This one has solid tires which is nice because you don't have to worry about getting a flat tire. I feel they ride the same or very close to the same. Also, the security lock is nice. If you forget the passcode the scooter is not going to go for you. My son changed the code, and I didn't know it. I had to wait to get the code from him to be able to ride it, lol. ... show more
